With nearly 1,350 square feet, three bedrooms, and three bathrooms, you will have plenty of room for family and friends. | | You will enter #116 through a private gated portico and enjoy a fully stocked kitchen and large dining area. The spacious living area is highlighted with a flat screen TV and sofa with love seat. | | This unit has three bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom features a king size bed, large closet, flat screen TV and sliding door to your private balcony. Bedroom #2 has a queen over queen bunk bed with pull-out twin trundle, flat screen TV, large closet and private bathroom. This bedroom has 2 large windows which look out to the private gated portico. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed with pull-out twin trundle, flat screen TV, large closet and en-suite bathroom. This unit also has it's own dedicated covered parking spot which means your car will stay comfortable even during the hot summer months! | | Spend your days collecting seashells at the beach, playing in beautiful Gulf waters or just relaxing at the beachfront pool. These are just a few of the amenities at the Island Princess condominium. You can also enjoy the hot tub and fitness!
