Wake up, go downstairs, and you’re at the beach! Take a short stroll down the beach to the boardwalk, where you will find delicious seafood restaurants, entertainment, and shops!

The Space:
This coastal inspired 1 king bedroom/1.5 bath condo with hallway bunks and pullout sofa sleeper sleeps 4-6 guests. Perfect for family fun, romantic escapes, or a relaxing getaway.
Inhale the fresh air and enjoy the amazing views as you step onto the spacious balcony that overlooks the gulf and heated pool; enjoy coffee or a meal as you bask in the sun. You will love the full panoramic views of the ocean waves, sand dunes, and sky right from the balcony and the sweet sound of surf continuously fills your ears. You can wake up and see the sunrise right from the balcony and turn around later in the evening and watch the sunset too!
No driving needed if you prefer a walk on the beach! A ~15 min stroll down the beach will bring you to The Boardwalk of Okaloosa Island, where you can spend time going through shops, grab coffee, go for a drink, catch live music, or dine with seafood beachfront. 1 mile (3 min drive) to the nearest Publix grocery store and only 9 miles (16 min drive) from Destin VPS airport. **Condo is PROFESSIONALLY cleaned and all sheet linens are cleaned in a high heat commercial laundry**
This condo is overlooking the seasonally heated pool area and you will hear noise typically associated with a pool area when the slider door is open.

-Drive 5 miles down to Destin (8 min away) and explore and shop at the HarborWalk Village-Destin Boardwalk. Activities offered: dolphin cruises, snorkeling, zip line, and parasailing
-Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park 0.7 miles (2 min drive)
-Wild Willy’s Adventure Zone 0.9 miles (3 min drive)
-Walk to the pier for great views and fishing
-Collect seashells on the beach
-Weekly summer fireworks off the pier- viewable from our balcony

RULES:
-Primary guest(s) must be 25+ years old and closely supervise any guests under age requirement, maximum of 6 guests in the condo
- NO PETS, NO SMOKING, NO VAPING in the condo or balcony, no parties, no luggage carts inside the condo
-Condo association quiet hours 10pm-10am
-Pool hours 9am-10pm
-Check-in at 4pm, Check-out at 10am
-Failure to follow any rules as listed in the reservation agreement will lead to eviction with no refund! **This is a pet free building and enforced by building security/ Emotional support animals(ESA) are not required by ADA laws to be allowed in vacation rentals.**
-We are located in a condo building - we are not responsible for noise from other guests or construction, any closed amenities due to maintenance or any other building issues. Guests must adhere to HOA/building rules and quiet hours.
-To finalize your reservation you will need to electronically sign our rental agreement which outlines all of our reservation details and building rules.

Before finalizing your reservation be sure you agree to:

1. Primary guest must be at least 25 years old, show proof of age and must personally supervise any guests under age at ALL times!
2. NO PETS allowed per building and owner rules! Emotional support animals are not required to be allowed in vacation rentals per ADA laws and are not allowed in Gulf Dunes!
3. NO SMOKING/VAPING in the condo or the balcony.
4. All guests must electronically sign our reservation agreement after booking.
5. Failure to follow the condo and/or building rules can result in eviction with loss of all rents and deposits! Condo/Building rules are posted inside the unit.

We provide starter supplies of trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and shampoo. If guests run out of supplies, they will need to purchase additional supplies. We are located in a condo building which has the potential for noise/disturbances from other residents - we are not responsible for noise from other guests or construction, any closed amenities due to maintenance or other reasons, or any other building issues. Guests must adhere to HOA/building rules and quiet hours.

***Departure instructions – we ask that our guests just remove all trash and food from the fridge and freezer and start the dishwasher with any remaining dishes. Close all exterior doors and windows.
DO NOT strip the beds please our cleaners will do that. This small list allows our professional housekeeping team to clean and sanitize the condo during our short rental turn in time for our next guests.
