So you want to relax and unwind by the water? Perhaps you want to rent a jet ski or pontoon boat? You enjoy paddle boarding, kayaking, snorkeling, fishing, or dolphin watching? This is the place for you! The exterior of the building was updated in 2024!

Highlights about this condo:

1. Beachfront condo with views of the Gulf of Mexico from the 3rd floor balcony (close to 1300 square feet of space), where you can enjoy your meals, sunbathe, read or just do nothing.

2. Walk right up to the beach! Complimentary beach service that includes two beach chairs and one umbrella set up each day for you (March 1 through October 31).

3. Corner unit in a low-density building (20 units total); pool between the building and the Gulf, which is heated during the winter holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year), and the last two weeks of March; charcoal barbeque grills (you provide the charcoal).

4. Spacious, open kitchen/living room where you can see the Gulf. One master suite with a king bed and a bathroom with a jetted tub; one queen bed in the second bedroom, and a queen pull-out couch in the living room, with a second bathroom in the hallway. The bedrooms and the living room have flat screen TVs with cable.

5. Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils, dishes and cookware; washer and dryer in the unit.

6. Free parking and free WiFi; easy self check-in with WiFi lock passcode

The primary renter must be 25 years or older, with no more than 6 total guests in the unit (including children).

Perfect, quiet spot

Lovely, clean condo just steps away from the beach. Perfect location for us. We wanted a quiet and relaxing weekend, and this location fit the bill. It’s not located in the middle of a built-up resort area, yet excellent restaurants were still nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

Simply Wonderful

Such a lovely, cozy, secure condominium. The building has been recently painted, security fencing and gate added, fresh landscaping, immaculately clean home and property. Location is quiet. Balcony is large and inviting, view is fabulous, pool and beach were great. Friendly, helpful staff at the building and on the beach. Beautiful, spacious condo. We absolutely loved it!

Wonderful Stay

Very comfortable for 5 of us. Perfect location to restaurants & shopping. Steps from pool and beach. Large balcony with lots of seating & Beautiful view of beach & sunsets. Kitchen was equipped with everything needed. Comfortable beds. Will definitely book again.

Fall get away

Had a wonderful time. Beautiful condo. We have stayed in this building before and this unit was perfect. Very clean, beautifully decorated and just as described. The elevator went down for an hour or so and I was able to report it easily. Will definitely be back!!

This unit is perfect. As usual, we forgot a few things, and when we arrived, everything we needed was already there! Very clean unit. Short walk to the beach. It has everything. I highly recommend this unit!

Wonderful Condo!

We stayed from October 11 - 21 at this great condo! The place is very nicely decorated, well equipped, and the beds very comfortable. Also, the communication with the owner, Bonnie, was always swift and pleasant. There is nothing better that sitting on the balcony early in the morning with that first coffee/tea cup, watching the waves roll in and see dolphins playing. The building needs some upkeep and fresh paint, which I understand will happen soon. Definitely can recommend this condo!

Very relaxing

The condo is great and clean. The building's exterior is old, tired and showing it. The exterior of the building needs to be updated. The exterior grounds and pool are very well maintained. The condo needs: sliding door lock fixed, sliding door track cleaned, many electrical outlets do not seem to work, needs a K-cup coffee maker for better convenience, and better night latch on the door for greater security. But, overall the condo was very clean and functional. We had a very relaxing stay!

Great place but things to share before!

We love the decor and the location is incredible!! Love walking on the beach and enjoying the balcony. We would have loved to have known in advance about the construction as the noise was loud and there was a crane in front of the condo. My 84 year old father came over to enjoy the sun sitting on the balcony since his stroke and we had the crane moving around so we had to go inside. The thermostat was difficult to use, so clear instructions would be helpful. Thank you for sharing the condo with us!

When construction is done, property will be perfect.

While we enjoyed the decor, comfy beds and location, the construction sounds were extremely under represented in their loudness and disruption, beginning most days by 7:30 am. The air unit was also not working, replaced by mobile units. Most nights got down in the 40s and we didn’t realize one had heat until the last night. Overall, the place is beautiful and will be perfect once construction is done, but we were not prepared for the construction sounds and lack of air/heat.
