DETAILED DESCRIPTION:
Welcome to our beautiful beach paradise. Pelican Isle Resort, Unit 305 offers a direct, third floor view of Florida's magnificent Emerald Coast. Stretching from Destin to Pensacola, the emerald green waters of the Emerald Coast are unique only to this area. Crystal clear water bordered by the powdery sugar-white sands, also found only in this region, make Okaloosa Island a very exclusive vacation destination for beach lovers. Your family will love the experience, and will not soon forget the beauty of this Florida rental. This beachfront, 1 bedroom unit will sleep up to 6. The spacious floor plan is perfect for a week away from home, with room for each family member. The queen master bedroom has a private full bath, tv, with dvd player. Custom hallway bunk beds are perfect for adults or children, and there is room for 2 on the living room sleeper sofa. A second full bathroom, and a private washer and dryer make this a great unit for any family of 4-6. The full kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a private balcony with table and chairs for a relaxing view in the breeze. Beach Chairs (1 set of 2 chairs and umbrella) are included with each day of your stay from March 1 through October 31.

You will be within 6 miles of Destin and Harbor Walk Village. Shopping, dining, and activities for everyone are also nearby. Enjoy scuba diving, deep sea fishing, para sailing, jet ski tours, dolphin tours, sunset cruises, pier fishing, snorkeling, boating, kayaking, surfing, bungee jumping, go karts, putt-putt golf, and much more. Stay with us in Pelican Isle 305 and you immediately see why you will be back again.

MANAGER:
This property is professionally managed, which ensures that you will receive friendly, professional service from reservation to departure. Your vacation accommodations will be clean and functional. We are local and provide same day assistance, and If you need anything during your stay, you can be assured that our courteous staff will be happy to assist you in any way.

This property is available for occupancy. Your health and safety are our top priorities and concern. That is why we are implementing a rigorous cleaning regimen specifically targeted to clean and disinfect our property against Coronavirus with special emphasis on all high touch areas in our rooms and common areas. All bed linens, bath, and kitchen towels are sanitized and changed between guests. We ask all guests to exercise social distancing and preventative practices while in and on this property.

We completely enjoyed our month. The historic snow came during our stay and all of the staff worked very hard to clear the snow and ice away! The complex is immaculate, our two small issues were attended to and fixed very quickly. Our unit is very nice. Lovely new furniture and fresh paint. We will be back!

Beautiful condo with amazing views

Thoroughly enjoying this vacation. The condo is well appointed and very clean. We have everything we need to cook in if we want and wonderful restaurants nearby. The beach is terrific, not too crowded and the chair set up is very good. You will enjoy this place immensely.

Sister time seaside

The view is always impeccable. We saw dolphins from the balcony every day. But for the price, I was a little disappointed. Every condo I’ve stayed previously has had some basic items: welcome basket of snacks, couple bottles of water in the refrigerator, board games, deck of cards or card games, books for those rainy days. Beach towels, sometimes sunscreen, local tourist attractions pamphlets, and welcome book with basic info necessary. Management was lovely, the pool and hot tub were great and the beach never disappoints. My sister and I had a great time. We recently lost our mother so it was an opportunity to continue our healing process at our and her favorite place, the beach.

The condo could use a few upgrades. Bed was very comfortable. The kitchen needed a few things. There was no spatula or pot holders! The garbage disposal was leaking bad and we had a big mess to clean up ,found that the day before we left! Overall it was a good condo. But I will not be using Sunset Rentals again after being a repeat customer for several years I was not given a discount and the lady on the phone could have been a lot nicer!!

2022 Florida Vacation

We had a great time relaxing. We really enjoy staying at Pelican Isle on Oskaloosa Island. The condo was very clean, well equipped, and nicely furnished. The master bedroom has a very comfortable bed. The ocean view is very nice and you are only steps away from the beach.
