Great Spot, super responsive host

We had a great stay at this property. Had all the amenities that we needed for cooking. Any issues we did have were promptly solved by the host. Nice location close to the beach and restaurants. Quiet and very family friendly. We will return.

Outstanding!!

We had an amazing stay at PH02! We had ample space for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked to meet our cooking needs. We loved spending time seated out on the lanai with a wonderful breeze. The rooftop patio had great views.

A great week at Okaloosa

We have stayed at this resort multiple times. This is the first in this unit, but it was fantastic! Vey roomy for the entire family. Loved the pools as always and love the location. The top deck just adds a bonus to your stay. Tjank again for a great time!

The accommodations were great. The unit was well supplied and a great location. We loved the rooftop deck with views of sunrise and sunset. We had one issue with the battery in the fire alarm and the response and fix was incredibly quick.

Better than expected

The condo was even more beautiful than I anticipated. The upstairs balcony was very spacious and the views were picturesque. Having so many pool and hot tub options was amazing. We will be back! We all had a wonderful time!

Absolute perfection!

This place is perfect, we had 6 women and there was lots of space with all the amenities you would need for a weeks stay. Communication with property management was unnecessary but they made it known there were there if needed. Highly recommended!

Family vacation

We had a wonderful stay! The rooftop is the highlight of the whole condo. The condo was clean & nice but could use a few updates/upgrades. The front bedroom does not have a closet which wasn’t ideal. The condo is roomy. Kitchen is well equipped with all cooking needs. The beach wagon, umbrella & chairs was a nice bonus! The view is unbeatable!! We enjoyed our stay!

Spring Break

We stayed at this property for our Spring Break Brak trip (mid March). Property was exactly as listed. This unit faces the bay side, not the ocean side which we all felt was better. The pools on the bay side were very nice and had more options. The heated pools were very nice. Unfortunately the lazy river was not heated but the rooftop hot tub made up for it. The kitchen was very well stocked and the unit was spacious. Overall, everyone loved the space and want to come back.

Outstanding

We've rented for Coastal Vibes competitors on a few occasions, this was the first rental with them. CV service was far superior, wont rent from anyone else again. The room was outstanding, clean, well equipped kitchen, water toys, BBQ updated hottub. The view from the master was incredible. Overall a fantastic experience.

Good Stay

Property is exactly as advertised. Good, very quiet location. It was a pretty lengthy walk to the beach, so if that is an issue for you, I would recommend staying on the beach-side of the resort. The roof access is alittle sketchy, as someone could cross to your balcony easily, but we kept the doors locked and had no issues. Overall would recommend

A great place to relax with family and friends

This was our second trip with Coastal Vibes at Destin West. We think the location cannot be beat. We loved the ability to walk to the Boardwalk with restaurants and shops, the Gulfarium, Wild Willy's Adventure Zone. Our teens loved walks on the beach every morning with a stop at Oasis at the Boardwalk for their favorite coffee drink. The condo rooftop was a highlight for everyone, and we were able to see dolphins and manatees playing in the bay. The condo was well stocked with dishes and kitchen essentials. We will definitely be back for another trip!

Perfect Vactation!

We absolutely LOVED our time at this Condo! It was extremely close (walking distance if it wasn't so hot) to several restaurants. We rented a jet ski and a pontoon boat from the place RIGHT NEXT DOOR. We sat on the condo's balcony multiple times a day and watched the wildlife, boaters and jet skiers! The rooftop terrace was amazing for using the hot tub and watching both sunrises and sunsets! The place was very clean and had a very well stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable. We definitely will be returning!

A Little Piece of Paradise

Everything was perfection! We loved staying here. The views were amazing. The water is Caribbean clear. It was quiet and perfect for a relaxing week. Location was great. It is walking distance to the Boardwalk, the beach and Gulfarium A quick trip to get to Destin. Food and groceries were also very convenient. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms clean. The hot tub was amazing. We used it daily! Which was great because when we went to high temps were 60 and lowers were 40’s. It was a fluke cold snap for early December. We would definitely stay here again.

Best of Both sides

We stay in a lot of VRBO properties. We met Florida family here for a week around Thanksgiving. Clean. Well appointed. We chose the Bay side and this Penthouse was perfect. Cool covered waterfront deck has a table and chairs for dining Al fresco. Stellar private rooftop area with new outdoor furniture, a BBq gas grill, plenty of chaise chairs for sunbathing. Rocking chairs for coffee and sunrises. The hot tub was terrific. We had a very private and quiet stay. Winds were up so waves sounded all day and night. The walk to the beach is an easy one. Owner has a solid beachwagon here, fishing rods, skim board and beach chairs. This is a roomy and uncluttered condo. We will all be back!!

Fall Break 2023

This is a nice spacious condo. Nice lazy river river and pools open later than other resorts we've been to. Not much security which was nice not being hassled or questioned like other resorts. The balcony and rooftop views are probably the best feature. You are right on the water and can see jellyfish, sting ray, dolphin etc. sometimes. I would say the only negative for this particular unit would be it needs deep cleaned and dusted. And the walk to the beach is kinda long. It's nice having the overpass bridge but you still have to walk through the parking garage etc avoiding cars with kids is stressful. Overall a great place to stay. People were friendly.

The best one yet!

We've stayed in a number of the Penthouses at Destin West, managed by Coastal Vibes, and every one of them has the been the reason we keep coming back. That said, Osprey PH-02 is our favorite YET! We woke up every morning to see what sea animal would greet us that morning! Small schools of fish, being chased by larger schools of fish (good eating fish, no doubt!), the great heron out stalking his morning meal, the sting rays that came by to say "hello", the pelicans flying at eye level...It was incredible!! The view goes on for days! And the Penthouse itself was comfortable and oversized- we didn't want to leave!! VERY comfortable for 5 adults, well- equipped kitchen, QUIET unit on the end....We are already planning our return to this unit! Exceptional!

It was extremely kid friendly, we were on our honeymoon and it was so beautiful and a great place for us to stay but we will be bringing the kids next. I did not expect it to be so great for kids so I’m excited to bring my daughter and our new son.

The place was nice and the pool amenities are nice. Expect a hike to the beach from bayside. The hot tub did not heat up our entire stay which was extremely disappointing as we chose this unit for that reason. It wasn’t their fault as it sounds like others had similar issues.

5-Stars Gorgeous Views

We had a fantastic time in Destin/Ft Walton!! We absolutely loved the gorgeous 360 degree views and especially watching the dolphins in the bay from our balcony. The place was beautiful and spacious. We loved having the rooftop as well as the covered balcony. The private hot tub was a bonus!! We were within walking distance of several very good restaurants and shopping. Great place to stay and highly recommend!!
