This home was perfect for our family, everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking, the pool was very clean, the house was immaculate and the beds were very comfy. Close to beaches and shopping made for a nice stay. Would stay again.

Very nice property!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The house was very nice with many amenities. We were there the 2nd week in March, so the pool was still pretty chilly, other than that, it was great!

Casa rosada vacation

Overall , property is very clean and neighboehood is quiet.We loved everything that was included such as the pool and grill which were also clean upon arrival.Our family enjoyed the stay at casa rosada and would reccomend as a family stay.

Wedding trip

The house was perfect for our needs. We needed a property that could accommodate our group from out of the area for my daughter's wedding. The wedding/reception was held at nearby resort. The house is well stocked with everything needed for the stay. The host was very responsive to messages. I would highly recommend this property when staying in the area.

Great House

Everything was great in the home. Plenty of room to entertain and hang out. The outdoor pool area was awesome with plenty of room. The only downside was that there was only one TV in the house which was in the livingrooom. Itwill be nice to have TVs in the bedrooms also.

House is located in a good/quiet neighborhood. Plenty of side street parking. House is clean and updated, very roomy from the inside. Well equipped with appliances and cooking essentials. Check in and check out process is a breeze. Highly recommended.

Pleasant Stay

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Everything was clean and the check in process was very straight forward and simple. When we did have any issue the owners responded very quickly. While we never met them in person they just seemed super friendly when we communicated by email and they do respond super quick. It was 5 stars all around for us

Family trip

We enjoyed a nice family trip to celebrate our daughter’s baby shower. We had plenty of beds and room for everyone! The kids enjoyed the pool. We did have a lack of washcloths (4 for 8 people on the reservation) but plenty of towels. Nice outdoor area and a screened in porch!

Crab Island weekend

This is our second time staying and we had a great time. The house is spacious and clean, pool is great and the extra space in the garage is a nice plus. The only recommendations I have is extra non-slip rugs on the back porch and maybe better labeling on the light switches. The landlords are responsive and took our previous recommendations into consideration. We would definitely stay again.

Nice place

It's a good place and very spacious. Beautiful inside, pool, and kitchen is cute. Only thing I dislike was the stove. It's gas but the flame is super low. Makes it very hard to cook. Water never reach the boiling. Just super hot.

Family event

Our visit and stay at Casa Rosada was very comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable. Our AF son and family live a few streets over so the location was great. We were five adults and one child. The accommodations met all our personal and social needs. My only suggestion is perhaps reconsider the several glass side table tops. They were not attached to the base which created a concern. We moved them while there. Otherwise, we were thankful for a clean and welcoming space for our families to gather. Highly recommended by us. Thank you.

Will definitely book again!

Great experience from beginning to end. Prompt communication and each interaction was respectful. Quiet neighborhood. Very clean house. Walmart is around the corner only 4 mins away which was perfect to grab items needed without having to hunt down a place. We bought our own cups and plates just because we have small children and I did not want them to break any dishes if they dropped anything. Two end tables with glass tops we stored in a closet because the tops were not secured. The kitchen sink was leaking and was fixed within hours of notifying owner. Minor hiccups but overall very pleased with our stay and will definitely book again on our next visit to Florida!

Labor Day Relaxation

The property was beautiful and clean. There were a few issues to begin with, but were quickly resolved and they even allowed us to stay an extra night for our troubles. The check-in process was easy and the directions were clear and consice. The location was right in the middle of everything, which made getting to the beach and even to Destin, FL a quick trip. There were plenty of towels, including beach towels for all of us to use. The kitchen had every gadget we needed and then some. My only complaint is that there were 4 bedrooms and only 1 TV in the whole house. Normally, this wouldn't be a problem, but it rained for 2/3 of our trip. We went to the BX and Eglin and bought 2 TV's for the rest of our stay. It was an overall amazing weekend!

Great Stay, Great Location; Still Needs Some Updates

We found this VRBO shortly after learning we had to evacuate Siesta Key due to Hurricane Milton. Overall, it’s a great location and the house served its purpose for us while we were there. The best part of the house is the backyard pool area. The hosts were communicative in letting us extend our stay if we needed to while we were figuring out our next moves. That being said, we could tell that this place still has some major updates that needs to be made for this to be a stronger review. There are only 2 enclosed shower spaces; one off the hallway and the other in the master suite. The description made it sound like the toilet and shower located outdoors was enclosed, which we were fine with, but it actually isn’t. The outdoor shower is only meant to be used to rinse off before getting in the pool. The screened porch had broken screens and doors upon arrival that needed to be replaced. Again, this is a great place to stay and we were thankful to find it last minute. It’s in a great, quiet location right off one of the major strips and located behind Walmart/Sam’s Club, which made it easy and convenient if we needed anything too.

Nice home but non heated pool

Was a nice home with easy access to stores and at the time of year we went was about 30 - 40 minute drive to get to beaches. Traffic was heavy as expected this time of year. The street the house was on, was very nice and quiet. It was my fault I didn't realize that the pool does not have a heater so swimming time was few and far between and the man that cleans the pool did not clean it at all. He never cleaned out the skimmer basket. I asked him to scrub the stairs going into the pool and they were left horribly dirty and his vacuum he used was a joke and only stirred up the dirt and sand on the bottom. Also the amount of chlorine he used was 1 or 2 small pucks left in the full and dirty skimmer basket per week. This left the main reason I rented not usable. The home itself was large and clean and comfortable. The owners were quick to get back to you and answer any questions we had. Would not rent again only because of the pool. Home was great and owners very quick to get back to you.

Although we used our own, the bathrooms were stocked with shampoo and conditioners, and laundry detergent was readily available if needed. With almost 2400 square feet of space, there was plenty of room for our entire group to spread out and relax.
