It's an ideal vacation spot for watching dolphins in the Gulf from your beachfront view while sipping morning coffee. Children will delight in feeding seagulls during peaceful beach days. The sunsets are spectacular, perfect for beach walks with loved ones. This seven-story beachfront complex in Fort Walton Beach boasts one of the island's best views from its balcony. Amenities include a heated pool facing the Gulf, an outdoor Jacuzzi, a fitness center, high-speed internet, a BBQ area, and ample parking. The renovated kitchen features a rare large French door refrigerator for a one-bedroom unit. The master suite has a king-size bed and a private bathroom. The hallway offers two comfortable bunk beds with flat-screen TVs and another full bathroom. One bunk bed includes streaming wireless, and the other has a DVD player. The living room's large TV will allow you to watch all your favorite games with Cox Cable. The kitchen is well-equipped, including a Belgian waffle iron, and the unit has its own washer and dryer. Weekend getaway

My friend and I stayed for a quick weekend getaway and it was perfect. Great views, easy access to the beach, and the beach chair service is great. It's nice to just grab a bag and go, no lugging chairs and umbrellas. will definitely stay again!

We drove down to visit our son at Eglin AFB which was a quick 15 min drive. The condo was clean and check in very easy. Owners responded very quickly to any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again if in the area

This is our 2nd stay in this condo. We enjoy it! It’s a great location, great that the beach chairs are included. There isn’t tons of things around for us to have to pick up (3 year old lol.) love that they have a washer if you need it!! Very happy with our stay and we will probably be booking again for next year.

Perfect condo with perfect view

The view from this condo is amazing. It's first floor, but elevated enough to see the beautiful Gulf coast waters. The condo was clean, fully stocked with everything we needed, great location, and communication with the host was easy. If you are looking for a relaxing beach vacation, easy beach and pool access, this is the room! I love that the bunk beds both had TVs. We had a great time and didn't want to leave!!

Great Condo with Amazing views!

Everything with the stay was perfect. The communication with the host was top notch! The view of the beach and the cleanliness of the condo couldn’t be beat. The Beach Chair Service was so nice to have and everything we needed to cook was provided in the kitchen. I can’t think of anything that we needed and didn’t have available to us. We would definitely recommend this condo and are looking forward to our next stay.

Weekend getaway

My family and I booked our stay for a quick weekend trip. Mike our host was very communicative and accommodating for any question that we had. The balcony has a beautiful view and our kids loved the bunk beds! Beach is a very short walk. Overall we loved our stay! Something to note is that this condo is located close to the pool, so you will hear people swimming in the evening. Also there are two access points to the beach from the property, but only one side has an outdoor shower to rinse off sand.

We really enjoyed ourselves. The communication was fast. Any problem we had they were quick to fix. Deep cleaning can be better though! Sand on top bunk. Food under chair cushions. The beds, including the couch bed, were comfortable. The condo is in a great location. Do recommend.

Good location

This was our first time staying at pelican isle. Our stay was good, nice place with a good view! We had a great 5 day stay. The only things I didn’t like was there is no dead bolt on the front door just the key pad and the sliding door didn’t have a rod to stick in the track. Also I never received any message from the owner on codes or where to park before our stay. We had to figure this out on our own looking back through the listing. All the times I’ve ever booked with VRBO the owners have sent out a message the day before our stay with all information and communicated with us. I did finally get ahold of the owners which then communicated with places to eat and parking. Overall I would stay here again.

Upon arrival, we thought the decor was very cute, however, the tv didn’t work. We moved it to see if all was plugged in and there was months worth of dust. Turned on the ceiling fan and dust flew off everywhere. Tried to use Keurig and got an error message. Hosts were very responsive and made everything right the next day. As for the location Children were running my bedroom window screaming early in the AM and teenagers using foul language all night around the pool. We asked them to curtail the F bombs but they continued. Finally went inside instead of being able to enjoy the outside patio. Sunset was not visible from our unit but I’m sure it is during earlier in the summer.

Perfect weekend getaway or Girls' trip!!!!

My daughter was on her way to the Naval Academy in Pensacola and we decided to relax on the beach for a few days prior. This is the perfect spot in between Destin and Pensacola. The sandy white beach was beautiful and don't let the pics looking out to the ocean fool you. I thought we were on the ground level, but was pleasantly surprised to see we were a floor up so the views were even more amazing and overooking the pool! There was everything you needed to be your home away from home. Very clean and safe. I hated checking out because it meant we had to get back to reality. The drive to Destin was short and easy. Boardwalk was a little overrated and touristy. Definitely family centered in Destin. Osalooka Beach was perfect for rest and relaxation. Some great restaurants nearby too! If you want to relax on the beach, there are beach chairs and umbrellas. Bring your beach towel. It's first come first serve or you can pay $15.00 to have your 2 chairs/umbrella saved, but get out there early (0600 on Sat/Sun!) as those chairs go fast! I will be back! Thank you again. My only problem was that the VRBO app wasn't working for me to talk to the hosts as they were active in communicating via email to make sure everything was ok. That was awesome!!
