Bella Riva 409 4 bedroom Beachfront

This fourth-floor unit is professionally managed by Skis and Seas Vacation Rentals.

This is a huge gulf front unit, in a very low density building. Four bedrooms and over 2,400 square feet of living space make
it seem larger than it already is. This unit was the developer's unit when he built the building and has just about every upgrade that was available at the time. Also comes with a whole house speaker system in the Master Bedroom, Bathroom, Kitchen and Living Room. Bella Riva is the only development on Okaloosa Island with Natural Gas Grills allowed on the balcony. This condo can easily accommodate large families for the perfect beach vacation. The beachfront balcony offers amazing views of the sugar
white sands and the Gulf of Mexico that the Emerald Coast is famous for. Your private gas grill makes the balcony the perfect spot to entertain after an idyllic day spent at the beach. Inside the condo, you will find modern features including wood and travertine tiled floors, flat-screen TVs, and an enormous gourmet kitchen. Combining all of Bella Riva 409's charm with the unbeatable location, the building's amenities, will make for an unforgettable vacation on Florida's Emerald Coast.

The main living space of the condo is an open-concept floorplan making it easy for your
family to relax together. The living area contains plenty of comfortable seating around a
huge 75 inch flat-screen TV. The dining area contains seating for six comfortably with
an additional four seats available at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is perfect for chefs of
all levels with stainless-steel Wolf and Thermador appliances. The kitchen comes fully
equipped with all the cookware and dishware you need to create memorable meals for
the whole family.
The master bedroom has floor-to-ceiling windows with spectacular beach views that can
easily be enjoyed from the comfort of the king-sized bed. A private balcony, walk-in
closet, and flat-screen TV make up the rest of the master bedroom. The master
bathroom features two granite vanities, a large garden tub, and a large walk-in shower.
The guest bedroom just off the kitchen has a king bed and a sleeper sofa and have a shared bathroom
with a combination tub/shower and separate vanity area so one person can be taking a
shower while another is getting ready.

Our family had such an amazing time here! The beach was just steps away, and the kids loved being able to run out to the water anytime. It was perfectly located right on the water. We spent our mornings on the balcony with coffee watching the sunrise, and our evenings walking the beach at sunset. The house had everything we needed with so much space. The host was easy to communicate with. The location was perfect! We can’t wait to come back, it truly felt like a little piece of paradise!
