The Space:

Make a break for the beach at this sunny, sixth-floor getaway in beautiful Fort Walton Beach. Whip up your favorite recipes (or reheat yesterday's leftovers) in the well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dine indoors at the adjacent table (or out in the open air on the furnished balcony), and then close out your days channel surfing in the comfortable living area. On-site, you and your guests will also enjoy access to two shared pools in the courtyard (visible from your balcony), a fitness room, and of course miles of sandy beach located just a short walk from your door. Additional amenities include a desk and chair for remote work or schooling, a private washer/dryer, and cooling central air-conditioning.

Other Things to Note:

All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory for access to all Waterscape amenities.



Please note:

● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy; all occupants count toward max occupancy regardless of age

● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to receive the correct number of wristbands for their stay

● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are lost or not returned at checkout.

● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands
