"Loved where we stayed, we had a nice clean room, balcony, great view. The staff was very helpful and nice, and all the amenities were great as well. It was very convenient with 2 pools, a hot tub, easy beach access, coffee shop and other restaurants right below us or within close walking distance. Will definitely be back"

"Beach access and beach were amazing. Front desk staff were not friendly or helpful, bar staff were super friendly and nice. Shower floor was disgusting had to stand on a towel to shower. Does not look like they clean much at facility pools had so much dirt and debris. Today was the first day I seen pool getting cleaned since I have been here for 5 days. Hot tub has so much skin floating in it. Restaurants are nice next door. Won’t being staying again."

"Check-in was scheduled for 4:00 PM—which is already quite late—but the room wasn't ready until nearly 6:00 PM. We had tried to check in earlier, at 1:00 PM, but the receptionist on duty when we arrived wasn't very pleasant; she was a bit rude and didn't clearly explain how the early check-in process worked, so we had to leave and wait until almost 6:00 PM to get into the room. When we finally entered, the door lock was broken, yet we stayed there while trying to arrange a different room. The TV didn't work properly, and the towels weren't very clean; it wasn't a very pleasant experience."
