Azure Resort #117 ~Direct Beachfront! ~Free Beach Service! ~Sleeps 12!

Welcome to unit #117 at Azure Resort! I'm Frank, your host for this fantastic vacation property. This beach front condo is 4 bed rooms and 3 bath (Sleeps 9-12). This is a ground floor condo with very easy access to pools and beach from the balcony. The Resort includes 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, bbq grills, fitness center, & direct beach access. Additionally, the beach service is included for free (2 chairs/ 1 umbrella)!

With this vacation rental you receive a very comfortable and nicely decorated unit. To help improve your stay we provide extra housekeeping amenities such as beach towels, laundry detergent, bath shampoos/soaps, keurig w/ starter pods, and more. I look forward to hosting your group for a beach trip!

***Important Note... For any guests considering this resort for dates between Today thru 3/14/2026, please be aware that some construction renovations are occurring on the exterior of the building (mostly painting and caulking). During this period of time there will be workers and equipment present. There were a few specific renovations that generated noise, but those projects are completed and everything looks great! The renovation work has shifted from pool side to the street side of building. There does not seem to be any disruptive noise. This is confirmed by my on-site visits and talking with other guests in the building. My impression is renovations will be nearly completed by mid to late February. Please contact me to discuss further if you have any concerns about renting for February.

***Both pools are open. One pool is heated. Both hot tubs are open.

This condominium is on 1st floor ground level with very convenient walkout to pools/beach. Even though this condo is ground floor, you still receive a very nice partial view of the ocean from the private balcony. Beach service with two beach chairs and umbrella are available each day without added charge.
