    The Space:

    Waterscape A618 is a tastefully decorated condo boasting incredible views of the surrounding Waterscape community and the crystal-clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico. A one-bedroom with a king bed and twin bunk beds nestled in the separate bunk area, as well as a queen sofa bed in the living room, Waterscape A618 accommodates up to six guests comfortably. Whether you are taking a family beach vacation, going on a spontaneous trip with your closest friends, attending a special event, or any occasion in between, Waterscape A618 provides a picture-perfect accommodation. Upon entering, you will find the bunk area on your left, leading to the full guest bathroom, which offers a single vanity and tub/shower combination. The bunk area is ideal for children or additional guests to relax and unwind in their own space. To the right of the entrance is the well-equipped kitchen, with gorgeous granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, plenty of storage space in elegant wood cabinetry, as well as all utensils and cookware needed to create your favorite meals while on vacation. The kitchen leads to the dining area and living room, providing plenty of space for the whole family. The glass dining table seats four guests, and there are three additional bar chairs by the kitchen breakfast bar. Step into the welcoming living area, offering comfortable furnishings with matching décor featuring pops of color, as well as a large TV and DVD player combination. Cozy up with your loved ones for a movie night after a long day of soaking up the sun on the beach or exploring all that Okaloosa Island has to offer.



    Beach service is included from March to October.



    Other Things to Note:

    All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory for access to all Waterscape amenities. Beach service includes 1 umbrella and 2 chairs. Beach service is coordinated via the onsite beach attendants.

Very nice family atmosphere! Clean and well kept. This was our second time staying there and was not disappointed. Lots of swimming for the kids. Free eve rentals, nice little food stand, grills for anyone to use. Staff extremely nice.

Waterscapes is awesome!

Check-in process was extremely smooth and the condo was very clean. Our kids absolutely loved the water park. The beach was extremely crowded, unfortunately. Laundry facilities were great to have, but we were in need of a drying rack for wet items throughout our stay. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Wonderful stay for family of 5

My wife and our 3 children stayed here during the week of March break (2023) and we absolutely loved the property. The resort location is perfect - right on the beach and close to all major attractions - and the amenities on the resort were plentiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I have to single out the beach staff as being particularly friendly. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed to make it feel like we were at home during our weeklong stay. If I had to give some constructive suggestions for what could be done to improve the unit I would suggest that the mattresses in the bunk beds be replaced with something that provides more support and comfort and that a few kitchen items (namely the knives and non-stick cookware) are due for replacement. Admittedly, these are minor points and overall we would happily stay here again for our next vacation.

Excellent place to stay!

We rented this property for a week during spring break and were extremely happy with both the individual unit we rented and the facility as a whole! Everything was as expected based on the pictures of the unit, and our kids loved the bunk beds. It was very clean when we checked in and we were impressed by how quiet the unit was with the patio door closed. The view we had on the balcony was great - nice partial view of the beach and a full view of all the facility’s pools. In terms of Waterscape in general, the pools were really nice - but it would be a little better if the zero depth pool and the lazy river were heated too. Going late March, we typically used the beach and the upstairs heated pool the most. Minor complaint for an otherwise great trip! We look forward to booking again!

Family Getaway

My wife and I were married on the beach of wateracape. We booked a nine night vacation to celebrate our 5 year anniversary! Only four of our nine nights were enjoyable! While we were at waterscape a group of over 500 kids showed up for a youth camp and ruined three of our days. They were everywhere being loud and prevented our two daughters (6 and 4)from being in the pool or ocean while they were. It was nearly impossible to relax while they were around. Not to mention, one of the days an inspector came in and shut down all of the pools for several hours. The last two days we were pretty much stuck in the room watching movies because of the tropical storm moving in. I will say that the experience we had during our good 4 days was amazing. If we would have only had those four days my ratings would be much better. My family and I spent alot of money to enjoy a much needed nine night vacation and were only able to enjoy four of those days. When I confronted the front desk about the large group of kids they just laughed. Considering the nearly $5,000 we spent to stay at the waterscape resort I would have expected a better result. With that being said, the carpets could also be replaced. They are dirty and don't smell the best. Overall the waterscape resort is nice and very kid friendly. Unfortunately our experience was cut short due to things out of our control.
