With 3 bedrooms (King, King, 2 Fulls + trundle) and a bunk alcove (Twin over Twin) in the hallway, there is ample sleeping space for everyone in your party. The gulf front master bedroom offers a cozy king bed, a large closet an HDTV, direct balcony access and en suite master bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom features a king bed, an HDTV, direct balcony access and en suite bathroom. The third bedroom is furnished with a full over full bunk with a full trundle and has an HDTV. Our guests enjoy complimentary high-speed WIFI and a spacious walk-in laundry room complete with a brand new washer/dryer. Near this area is also a twin over twin bunk alcove. This gorgeous unit was completely refurbished with new quartz kitchen countertops, cabinets, appliances, flooring, paint, furniture, artwork, etc.

Resort amenities include a split level courtyard with 2 pools (one is seasonally heated) - one zero entry and a wading pool with built in water toys and a play area for children, gas grills, Lazy River, numerous hot tubs, courtyard pavilion and a spectacular 10 foot waterfall. CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
