"Hair was everywhere in our room upon arrival and the bedding and pillows weren’t good. Other than that, it was good. Fitness room, pool, and breakfast were great. "

"Was honestly very disappointed with my stay. Room check in is the latest I have seen, typically seen around 3 o clock. When the property is not that busy they give the available room. This property can care less about the customer arriving early on a flight. We arrived at the hotel at 10am , was told they will try to have our room available sooner check back at 2pm, checked back at 2 not available, then again at 3 , then again at 3:30. At 3:30 we got confirmation they would put us on a list to get done sooner as they are working on cleaning the room. So four a clock we finally enter our “clean” room. Instantly went to the shower and saw hair all over the walls of the shower. Not very clean. Shower barely functioning , a couple of drips / no pressure. Walls are extremely thin hearing everything the people next door were doing in the bathroom. Then the next day waking up and finding silverfish in the bathroom. Would not recommend this place."

"everything was great. you can't go wrong with this hotel. our room was clean; we had ocean view. staff was friendly and accommodating. we were initially put in a room on the 1st floor. room was fine, clean, except that it had a bunk bed in it, which made the room less spacious. so, we asked to be transferred, and they upgraded us to a bigger room with ocean view, all for free. they also let us check out an hour late. the best part of this hotel was it was right on the beach."

"The room was small but clean. The bathroom was dark and pretty noisy with the fan working for ventilation. Water pressure in the shower was low. In the room, the window could not be opened, but the AC worked well. The breakfast was pretty scarce, with boiled eggs and cereal as the main items. You can have one day but not 3-5 days in a row... Tea and coffee were good. The Internet was working fine for the most part, but it was slow."

"No one at check in/out. You have to talk to someone on a kiosk. Beds are very uncomfortable and I usually can sleep anywhere. We stayed here years ago and had the same issue but decided to give them another try since the remodel and updates. Fyi, the ice isn't free either. First time I've ever seen that when staying somewhere on vacation. "

"When I booked the room it displayed room pictures and the pool that was outside and I thought I booked what it displayed but was placed in a whole different spot. There was no hot water, red stains on the shower curtain, the toilet paper holder on the wall was broken and would turn sideways when u would pull it, there were construction men outside our window so we couldn’t open it, and our view was nice but construction everywhere"

"Could not get into the room. Had to call customer support for two separate codes in order to gain access. Air conditioner did not work"
