"It is a very good spot, close to the historic center, the room is decent , clean, hot water which works, wifi, they have water in the lobby and coffee if you need. The staff is the best always friendly and atentive,specially Markus, but all of them are great.I booked for 3 nights originally which I was going to stay but the next day i hear constructions, so had to leave one day earlier and the hotel refunded my last night. Really appreciate what they did. It is a greta place. Would come again. When constructions are over . But is a great spot!"

"The appartement and the shared outdoor kitchen was brandnew and spotless clean and everything we needed was in walking distance. We recommend to bring ear plugs because it can be noisy during night, which is normal when you stay in town center. But the best was our super host Naémi! She helped us out with lots of informations and was extremely responsive when we asked for something before and during our stay. We can totally recommend the place if you want to explore Puerto Plata and stay in a safe place. "
