"The room was standard for a budget priced hotel, the breakfast was good, and the staff was excellent. The gym equipment was old, but useable. The wood construction building means you want a top floor room, or you might have to listen to neighbours above you stomping around. 😂"

"Was put in a room on the second floor. Made my way to the elevators, went to second floor… my room wasn’t there. Called the front desk and she gave me terrible directions to try and find another set of elevators. I attempted to find them all while juggling 2 very heavy bags. I ended up requesting to be moved to a closer room. Not sure why she didn’t give me the instructions to the room the first time instead of letting me wander trying to find it. The bed had black hairs all through it, and the room was freezing! I called downstairs to let them know it was very cold in my room and she suggested moving me to another room. Not an option as it was 2 am. So I asked for extra blankets… she said that she can get some for me. She did not clarify if she was bringing them or if I had to go downstairs in my pjs to get them. Laid in bed waiting for 30 minutes, then I just folded the blankets in half and tried to sleep. All in all the worst hotel in Lloydminster I’ve stayed at. I will not be back. Very poor customer service and the dirty rooms took the cake. I’ll be revoking my travel lodge membership. Such a gross experience on a night out I rarely get. Waste of money. Oh, and no one at the front desk for checkout to address these complaints with. Cool…"
