An Oceanfront Tropical Paradise awaits your arrival. This is a beautifully furnished condominium has 2500 square foot of single level living comfort. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, with an office/den and a wrap around deck that lives like a Beach House. The unit is located on the second floor overlooking the Atlantic Ocean with a heated pool, hot tub, gym and dune walk directly to the beach and ocean. Under unit garage parking. Walking and bike paths, tennis and pickleball court’s, Navy Seal Museum are all within walking distance. A short drive to in beautiful downtown Vero Beach and the restaurants and shops at the Fort Pierce Marina. This property has a 90 day minimum rental. Seasonal rental rates from January through April are $8,000 per month
