Comfortable seating and large screen TV allows for the whole family to relax together. There's a Dining Table for 4 so the family can dine comfortably when eating in makes sense. (There's also a Dining Table for 4 out on the Screened In Lanai if you choose to entertain al fresco!) The fully equipped Kitchen offers all appliances, including a brand new dishwasher, range and refrigerator, and loads of counterspace to prepare meals. Of course, all dishware, cookware and tableware is included. But certainly the star of the show is the HUGE Screened In Lanai. Running the entire width of the condo (three rooms wide), the fabulous Screened In Lanai with tiled flooring, ceiling fans and comfortable patio furniture boasts stunning views of the lake, pool and golf course, providing a tranquil retreat to unwind after a long day - perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or entertaining friends with evening cocktails while taking in the tropical Florida scenery.

The Master Bedroom En Suite has a King Sized Bed, its own TV, private Lanai access and of course, a lovely, lovely view. The En Suite Master Bath has been beautifully remodeled with a Walk In Shower. The Guest Bedroom has a Queen Sized Bed that sleeps 2 comfortably and also has a glass slider leading to the Lanai. Directly across the hall, the newly remodeled Guest Bathroom offers a tub/shower combo.

For your convenience, there is a Laundry Room with full sized Washer and Dryer. Fresh towels and linens are supplied. Free Wifi and TV cable service. There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner. PLEASE NOTE: NEW VINYL PLANK FLOORING HAS BEEN INSTALLED IN THE KITCHEN, LIVING ROOM AND BEDROOMS. PHOTOS HAVE NOT BEEN UPDATED YET AND STILL SHOW CARPET AND LINOLEUM.
