"The shuttle service I promised was unavailable; I told them that was not okay and I needed a ride to the hotel from the airport. The desk person told me to call back in 10 minutes and she would try to call an Uber. After 10 minutes I called and nobody answered, I made multiple calls and could not get thru for 20 minutes. I was then told I would have to wait another 25 minutes for an Uber - completely unacceptable. Service was slow at check-in; breakfast not so great."

"Very slow to get an extra pillow or to get a towel for pool. Towels were tiny. The hallways had a very mildow smell, many huge stains, wallpaper was peeling down, cracks in floor in bathroom. Kitchen had very limited utencils and cups/glasses, even for just 2 people. I booked this place due to "hot tub" which was out of order and when i asked when it would be repairs, it was a long term thing (permits needed) so you should not advertise a hot tub or include in pictures. pool longers were damaged. Coffee in lobby was very cold/stale. i would not recommend this hotel and would not stay there again."

"Being a motel property, each room had its own register for heat /air conditioning, but it was so noisy, I couldn't sleep. The property had redone the room, and the pool was beautiful .. the staff great. But fix the registers in the rooms! Thanks."

"Was disappointed by the condition of the hall carpets; they need to be changed. My grandson tripped on a seam that was lifted. Also was not happy to see there was no coffee available throughout the day; most hotels have a coffee station for guests. The breakfast buffet was acceptable, but I believe they could have waited a bit longer to put things away, as there were a few people still eating when they closed everything down, including coffee, juice, etc. The pool could have been cleaner as well. Overall, the stay was okay, but I expect more from the Hyatt and will look around at other options before booking with Hyatt, as that is our usual go-to hotel."
