Cheap construction, thin walls and floors, cheap furniture. Tight spaces. Not very well stocked kitchen dishes and utensils. Some were dirty. I attribute this to the management company’s policy that you must wash, dry and put away all of your dishes before you check out. Other management companies just ask you to load the dishwasher...

"The house was described accurately on the listing. We had everything we needed….even soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap (for a few days) and plenty of dishes and utensils.
