"The room felt damp and I was very frustrated as there was an event at the hotel. I came back around 7pm for my stay and there was no parking because of the event at the hotel. I mentioned it to the front desk and their repose was that it was out of their control. Would be nice if they had designated guest parking as I had to park out in the snow far away. "
