This is your 'home away from home!' A charming cottage style home with central a/c and heat and all the amenities just waiting for you to arrive!

Please read entire listing before contacting owner. My listing will answer your questions.

The bedroom is decorated in coastal flare with desk, 10X lighted makeup mirror, King size bed with adjustable head rest , wall mounted HD TV. The unit overlooks the tropical pool and gardens. Pool is not private. It is located between the two units.

The bathroom has a large tile walk in shower with assist handles, built in tile seat along with two shampoo cubbies to store all your shower needs.

Enjoy relaxing in the living area with your HD, Smart TV, Bose Wave Radio/CD\DVD player, Alexa and Wi-Fi. Relax in two super comfy recliners! It's open and airy with 16' wide sliding doors opening to poolside to enjoy the nice ocean breeze!

Your kitchen has granite counter tops, cabinets, stove, built in microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, crockpot, and everything else to enjoy your home cooked meals. A Weber BBQ grill is right outside your door ready for your Grillin n Chillin! Enjoy your meals poolside! Beautiful stone outside bar with changing color lights! The pool area becomes alive at dusk with automatic tiki torches and string lights. You'll feel like you're at a luxury resort without the expense!

Unwind after a long day relaxing in your salt chlorinated pool. Take a stroll into town to enjoy cocktails and live music at the Village Pump, Aruba's or 101 Ocean. Stop by the ice cream store for a tasty treat. Enjoy it on a beach front bench while people watching and waves rollin in...

There are only two units on the property. This property is a duplex. Quiet owner lives in rear unit. If you're looking for a party place this property is not for you! Located in a quiet residential area with a short walk to beach, grocery store, shops and restaurants. Town is walkable no need for a car. Uber and Lyft services available here. Also our own town, Circuit golf service will pick you up at the rental for a small charge of $2.00 plust tip and take you anywhere around our town such as beach, grocery store, shops, restaurants, etc.
Non smoking property inside and out! Mature adults only rental. Booking request welcome up to 18 months in advance. Book early, I do fill up.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Lauderdale by the Sea. Judy's place is immaculate, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and includes all the amenities we could possible need! Judy is an amazing host who is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed lots of time in the gorgeous pool area - the outdoor space is well maintained and the plants and decor make it a lovely place to relax. The location is ideal, within easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants, bars, and the supermarket. This was our 3rd time staying here and we will look forward to coming back again next year!

Accomodations were very clean and well appointed. Very close to coffee shop, breakfast diners, restaurants, beach and great people watching. Grounds and pool st the house are beautiful. Highly recommend!

Like having you own villa

This accommodation is very clean and fully equipped being well looked after by the owner.The property itself has in my opinion a unique cottage style and having the fantastic pool to yourself was a real bonus with plenty of umbrellas, plants and flowersfeels as though you have your own villa.The location is perfect for the restaurants, bars and beach all within short walking distance.Really enjoyed our stay.

Just a slice of paradise

When the shower is heavenly, when the bed comfy, when the outdoor space is inviting you have it all. Everything you need or want is there including tervis tumblers!

An oasis

This was a wonder property, relaxing and peaceful. We loved the pool, and when it rained enjoyed the games. It was walking distance to some nice restaurants and we liked the neighborhood feel.

This place is beautiful. Clean and all the amenities you could ask for. Nothing Judy did not have. Very convenient to beach, restaurants etc. The only thing that I could say that was missing was a hot tub. Highly recommend this place.

Way to Get-A-Way

So much to do, but if you decide to do nothing, it is great! Walked to the Grocery Store. Nice walk to the Beach. You can rent Beach Chairs, so don't have pack those when you head to the Beach. Enjoyed my stay!

Wonderful!

We arrived at Judy's after being without power from the storm Helene in WNC. As soon as we walked in the door we breathed a huge sigh of relief. The apartment is lovely and so comfortable. The bed is one of the most comfortable we have ever had in a VRBO. The pool is amazing! Judy is so sweet and a wonderful host. We will be back!

Amazing place, quiet neighborhood close to everything!

Judy has thought of everything! We used her great beach chairs, cooler, umbrella to take to the beach. The town has a free ride system that made it so convenient to get to the beach with our gear. In the evenings, we walked to local restaurants for dinner. My husband and I had a lovely getaway!

Beautiful, well maintained and comfortable apartment. Judy is great hostess. Convenient to stores, restaurants and the beach. Patio was amazing and spacious. Loved utilizing the free electric Circuit service the town offers. Highly recommend staying at Judy’s if you want a quiet and clean accommodation. We will be back!!
