The good the bad the ugly!
During my recent stay, I encountered a significant issue with parking at the apartment. My designated spot was under a tree inhabited by iguanas, which led to a persistent problem with droppings that could potentially damage my vehicle and required frequent cleaning. I raised this concern with the property owner, and unfortunately, after four weeks, no action was taken to address this problem despite assurances.Additionally, I incurred over 200 in expenses to have the damaged paint on my car buffed to prevent further deterioration. I found myself having to wash my car nearly every day due to the droppings.I also noticed that the garbage bins seemed to remain unemptied, causing an unpleasant odor and attracting flies whenever my car door was opened. I took the initiative to take my bins out, but it appeared others in the building did not follow suit, which exacerbated the issue.Another concern was a substantial water accumulation in front of the property each morning, which was caused by neighbors overwatering their lawns. This would pose a challenge for those who value maintaining a clean vehicle.Overall, these maintenance and cleanliness issues significantly detracted from my experience.
