The room is very spacious, my children were comfortable. The room had everything you need, even beach chairs and an umbrella. Easy access to the pool with chairs. The staff was very polite.

Ventura is a great place to stay.

Ventura is a very clean facility. The highlight here (besides the beach just steps away) is Scott the Manager. Funny, friendly, helpful and most accommodating. Chris the maintenance person is also quite friendly, capable and helpful. Truly everyone I’ve dealt with have all been extremely pleasant. They make you feel welcomed and at home. They also show how much they appreciate the business. My only hesitation in recommending Ventura is that my rating could result in limited availability! Lol

Great for extended family vacations! The 2 and 3 bedroom condos have so much space to spread out, families gather at the pool, complex is small enough, you are just across the pool from your family! Across the street from the public beach with walk-through access at the Ventura sign! Very affordable!

It was very nice. The only negative was the bed was uncomfortable. The beach across the street was the best beach I've ever been to. It was better than going down to the Keys. The room was huge. About as big as my house! I would definitely come back just wish they get new beds.

Small quiet property, beach access, plenty of dishes. Relaxing atmosphere. One problem, we noticed someone had entered our bedroom closet. Stuff had been moved around. When I contacted the office they said it was pest control. Someone should have called.

I have a large family, and we were very comfortable and happy in the 3 bedroom unit. This place was quiet, relaxing and the staff and guests were all so friendly and nice. The kitchen had everything we needed for a long term stay, and every bedroom had its own bath. The decor was pleasant. Some things could use updating, but really not necessary . The beach is a very short walk right across the street. The pool was clean and heated. Free parking. Overall a really wonderful place to stay!!

The property is very outdated, but has the potential to be nice if they make some major renovations. There was also an ant problem in the room, so they need to hire an exterminator. The location is nice, right across from the beach and a 15 min walk into town.

Very clean, great beach access and spacious

I would give it a 4 1/2 star rating...It was very clean which was great..that kind of clean was greatly appreciated. Lots of room for a great price with easy access to the beach. The kitchen table and full kitchen was great. We loved it and entertained with some of our family in the area. The hair dryer didn't work which was minor for me but not for my wife. I think the living room needs a rug in it to tie that room together. Also HD for the TV is something that I missed. Only standard def was available and during big sporting events we wanted to watch the bowl games in HD. However those are minor.
