The sink kept leaking, police did a search warrant with the unit next to us, and the people above us were pretty loud. Other than that though, it was pretty good.

So I read a lot of reviews before booking My unit and I must say I really don't get the complaints. I got the one bedroom apartment for my spouse and I for 1 week. It was very cozy and perfect for a couple. Publix is like 0.5 miles away and it's an amazing grocery store. Some reviews mentioned the water doesn't get hot. It does. At least our unit we had no problems. Some mentioned the door code not working. It's a little weird if you've never used a code lock but after a few trys we got it. We did not see a single bug anywhere in the unit and we looked. Other then the geckos running around outside in the complexes court yard, you won't find any pest here. Overall, this was a great unit for us going to the beach everyday.

Communication was difficult due to not having local number to contact when lock code did not work and only 2 towels were left for a booking for 4. Text messaging not always useful when not carrying mobile device or having access to wifi.
