This is an entirely private apartment. There is a shared laundry room in the back of the garage.

Lake Ridge is close to everything you'll need for a great vacation or business trip. You will be able to walk to several restaurants, shops and grocery.

Uber is a good option to get you to the beach or downtown Fort Lauderdale. You will have one parking space in front of the building if you choose to have a car.

nice, clean studio, I'm a local just spent one day and night becasue I was having some work done on my condo but with the upgraded kitchenette it would be a great place to spend a week.
