I stayed 4 different times on the several properties in the area that HBH owns. Other than the resort fee, I was never charged for parking before. James the person on duty at check in, was extremely unpleasant , and should not be working directly with customers. I witnessed him being rude at a different visit with customers as well. This will be my last time I would stay at any of the HBH group hotels. The room smells like chemicals. The air condition units is very loud.

We were supposed to stay at sea Angel. When we arrived they said they didn't have that location available. So they put us in the Delmar location. Basically this company owns several streets.
