Located just half a block from the beach, this beautiful apartment has everything you need for an amazing beach vacation. Newly renovated and newly furnished with a comfortable and modern feel. Quick access to the beach, a designated parking space, and a sparkling pool make this space a true tropical retreat.

This newly renovated apartment comes with all-new furnishings, bedding, and linens!

BEDROOM ARRANGEMENT:
1. Bedroom with two QUEEN-SIZED beds (upstairs a spiral staircase, attached full bath, and balcony access)

One vehicle per unit for designated parking space. Any additional vehicles must park on the street and pay. Any unauthorized vehicles will be towed at your expense.

No Daily Cleaning Service

Pack-n-play and highchair upon request to make traveling with little ones easier.
Bedding, towels, and starter sets (hotel size) of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided.

Beach chairs and towels are available for you to use on the beach.

A washer and Dryer are available. The laundry room is located at the back of the building through the back corridor to the right. (Coin operated)

NO SMOKING is allowed inside the units. Any evidence of smoking (smell, ash, damage) will result in immediate forfeiture of the security deposit and potential additional fines

To make your stay more convenient, we provide two sets of towels per guest. Should you need more towels, we recommend using the washer/dryer machine as a rapid solution. Additional towels can also be delivered for a nominal fee.**

Great location

Loved the property overall. Excellent location. Only complaints are the moldy shower needs a good bleach scrub and the cooking pans need to be replaced. Otherwise a great place to stay!

Great location

Attentive management to any issues. Towels, furniture, fixtures a bit tired looking and could use a refresh. Amenities were fine and accessibility to ocean very good.

Nice and clean place!

Everything was neat and clean and very peaceful! Great neighborhood and right next to the beach,,only thing was the listing for 2 bedrooms was incorrect! Still spacious enough to sleep the same amount of people for 2 bedrooms! Will be staying again!!

Perfect

We had an amazing stay here. This was a girls trip that included my best friend, my 13 year old daughter (her birthday trip), her best friend and myself. Very convenient location to almost everything. Quick walk to beach or 20 minute drive to Fort Lauderdale. We enjoyed every moment inside and out! This is quite a small group of apartments/townhouses and that means lots of quiet time and watching the teens enjoy the pool! Not too much sun or too little on the pool! Easy to use (free) laundry room. We would’ve moved in if we could! We will certainly be back!

Beautiful apartment

The apartment was amazing! Not a 2 bedroom apartment as is listed but that didn't bother us at all. It has 2 queen size beds upstairs that suited us fine. It is beautifully renovated with a fully stocked kitchen. Everything looked and felt new except for the beach towels but they worked fine just the same. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only suggestion is to include a mop in the apartments (broom and vacuum were available but no mop). The floors are slippery tile especially when wet and when kids (or adults) come in from the pool it would be nice to have something to mop up the water on the floor. Overall a great stay! Will definitely stay there again!

Pompano beach

This place is very private and is only a two minute walk to the beach. You know how you have to wait in line for elevators that take forever? Or the sound of noisy people running up and down the hall ways? Or how about crowded pools? You don't have to deal with any of that here and the beach is still close. We had two queen beds, a full kitchen and two bathrooms. It was very quiet and clean. We even had our own parking spot, so no worries there. The only down falls are, no ocean view, its not right on the beach and you can't swim in the pool after seven p.m. Overall, if i was going to come back to Pompano beach, I would stay here again, but i doubt that is going to happen.

Amazing time

We stayed at the property for three nights, and we had a great time. In the beginning, there was a minor hiccup with the apartment we reserved, as I was specifically looking for a two-bedroom place. I contacted the property manager Katherine before booking the property for confirmation that Apartment #6 had two separate bedrooms because the listing said there were two separate bedrooms; however, the images showed one bedroom with two queen beds. The property manager assured me that the apartment had two separate bedrooms. However, when we got to the place, the place had only one bedroom. I contacted Katherine about the property right away. After going back and forth, we were assigned a different apartment (#10) which had two separate bedrooms. The communication was prompt and very pleasant. The place was clean, and the location was perfect. The entrance to the beach was just across the street. The place had everything you would need for a nice stay. We would definitely come back and stay there again.

Loved how few steps this was from the beach. 20 minutes from airport. Close to Boca Raton and Delray. Lots of restaurants nearby. Publix is less than 5 minutes away. Very clean and perfect space for just the two of us!

Quite enjoyable

The place was very conveniently located to the beach and restaurants. It was modernly renovated , clean and well taken care of. Staff were very courteous and maintained the property daily. I would definitely recommend this place.
