This special place is close to everything, plan your visit. Half a block to Fort Lauderdale Beach and half a block in the other direction to the famous Fort Lauderdale Water Taxi pick-up spot. You will have access to paid parking for one vehicle and will be a short walk distance to many world class hotels. This unit is on the ground floor of a multi-family building. FLL International Airport -5 Miles, Port Everglades -3 miles, Port of Miami -25 miles, Palm Beach International Airport -40 Miles!

Located in Fort Lauderdale "Central Beach" area!! This area is where all major beach hotels and resorts are located in the city. It is a popular worldwide destination and it has everything you want - calm and serene environment, beautiful clean and safe beach and many restaurants, bars and clubs for entertainment. Many important city events take center-stage in this area like the annual "Tortuga Festival" or "Air show." This area of Fort Lauderdale is considered by many to be the "gem" of the city. Too many attractions and great things to do to list here - just come over, unwind, relax and enjoy your stay in this oasis!!

Good value with drawbacks

This property is in a great location near the beach, but the stay here had many drawbacks. The overwhelmingly smell of mildew and tobacco caused my sister and I to have to air the property out before we could sleep there at night. The property manager responded promptly with room freshener - but the smell lingered on. This is a room on the first floor back of the building apartment with no outdoor space - so the balcony shown in the photos belongs to another room. Note that it is one room only. Every night we were kept awake by the residents of the apartment above us with talking, walking and what seemed to be furniture moving exercises. Hence, not a place for light sleepers. So if you just want a place Just to crash and you don’t mind mildew and noise. And keep your expectations low about the facilities- this would be fine..
