Furnished Hollywood unit 1/1, 2 Exterior patios for mid/ long-term

  • This peaceful and centrally-located place, 10 mins to Hollywood Beach, 5 mins to the Hard Rock hotel, and 8 min. to the Hard Rock stadium. Newly painted with all the appliances, sleeps 4; private room sleeps 2 on bed size full, plus sofa bed in living room sleeps 2 more. Includes front yard and back patio, open storage space, and convenient parking space on same lot.

    Other things to note
    Convenient for 2 adults plus 2 children (who would sleep in sofabed in living room). Complete bldg and fence New paint job was completed in early June, 2022.
    Easy check in with key in lockbox.
