Newly Renovated Beach House w Heated Pool, 4 BR, 3 BA

Nestled between the beach and Intracoastal, Seaside Ranch is a newly renovated 4 bedroom / 3 bath home in Dolphin Isles, a top residential neighborhood on beautiful Lauderdale Beach. The beach, along with the best Oceanside dining, is an easy 4-5 minute walk.

The Space:
Seaside Ranch is the owner’s home away from home and we designed it with both vacation mode and live/work in mind. Looking to be outside? Enjoy multiple outdoor living areas - a rarity in Fort Lauderdale. Spend time by the pool, basking in all day sun or, on the other side of the house, relax in the tranquil secret garden. The garden is perfect for morning coffee or dining al fresco. Inside the home you’ll find a bright and spacious open floor plan with beautiful views of lush tropical landscaping. The home is equipped with everything you may desire including high speed internet, free Wi-Fi, Netflix, beach gear, baby gear, plus desks and TVs in each bedroom. There are four separate bedrooms that can accommodate up to 9 people in total. All bedrooms feature Wright memory foam mattresses with their Weightless(TM) foam system, fully optimized for a better night’s sleep. Bedrooms also include Wright bedding, with high thread counts for a soft, yet cool feel and blackout window treatments. All three bathrooms are renovated and the master bath includes double vanities and an oversized shower with three shower heads. The kitchen is fully stocked for gourmet cooking and entertaining. Here you’ll also find a wine fridge and gourmet coffee and tea station with espresso machine. The living room, with a large screen TV, and formal dining are the central indoor places to gather. The driveway can easily fit two large cars.

The Neighborhood:
Dolphin Isles, within Lauderdale Beach, is a short 15 minute car ride from Fort Lauderdale International Airport. It’s safe, residential location ensures minimal beach crowds compared to the more crowded areas within Fort Lauderdale. Some of the best restaurants are within walking distance, including multiple Oceanside restaurants such as Dune by LT (Fort Lauderdale’s first Michelin Star chef), Ocean 2000, and the Sand Bar Grill. On the Intracoastal side, walk to Maestros, Shooters, or Bokamper’s to dine while watching the boats pass by. If you’re looking to get on the water, catch the water taxi (10 minute walk from home) and head to other featured Fort Lauderdale destinations like Las Olas, or go as far as Miami or Palm Beach. If nature activities are of interest, visit the Everglades for an airboat trip (~45 min drive), or walk to Hugh Taylor Birch State Park (within 10 minutes). There you can rent a canoe, paddle along a freshwater lagoon, fish from the sea wall, hike, bike, picnic or simply relax in the tropical hammocks. Should you be looking for Churches or Synagogues, there are several within the area. There are so many reasons to enjoy Fort Lauderdale. The location is great - just 2 blocks from beach access! There was beach gear as well which really helped. The pool was nice. Inside was kept clean. We had a great time. Manager and Host were very responsive as well.

Beautiful property within a nice area for activities. Communication was spot on and we had no issues. The house has all the amenities you could want and is very clean and for a Florida property not wet inside like others I’ve experienced. Pool is great and all the bedrooms are large and clean. Would most definitely return!

Wonderful Family Vacation

Another amazing vacation in Ft.Lauderdale. This was our 2nd stay in this home. Its location is ideal and close to the beach (family fun) and nightlife (adult fun). Would highly recommend :)

Our family had an excellent stay during the month of February. The house was clean with plenty of room for our family of 8. The pool, which got used almost every day, was wonderfully warm. The large dining room table was perfect for family dinners together. It was an easy walk to the beach with a 4 and 6 YO. We hope to return in the future!

Amazing House

The house is beautiful and very comfortable. Plenty of room for the entire family. We loved the pool and the master shower. Absolutely everything you could need is provided. The location is great too, easy walk to the beach. Highly recommend this house.

Great house and host

This house was exactly what we were looking for with multiple rooms for everyone. Very clean and spacious. The pool was great as well. It's a quick walk to the beach and very safe. Driveway could easily fit 4 cars which we found very useful for our big family. Host is great and very helpful.

Great family vacation!

Enjoyed the home and the pool! Loved the beach access. Just wish there had been a few more walk up restaurants off the beach but we had a wonderful time! Went to Dune and The Sandbar!! Loved the Sandbar! Also, went to South Beach!

Great house for larger groups

Had a great visit, property is exactly as described. Layout is great for privacy, garden is beautiful. Plenty of space inside and out. Also, underrated close to the beach, it's an easy 10-15 walk and beach carts are provided. Only nit would be the bed pillows, time to upgrade.

Wonderful beach house

Our family had a wonderful time at the Seaside Ranch. The house was well maintained and clean, and the property manager was very helpful, accommodating and responsive. The property is beautiful with a nice pool area and cozy backyard in a safe and quiet neighbourhood. The beach is a short walk. The beach chairs, carts and umbrellas provided made it so easy for our family to enjoy the beach. Thank you for making our holidays very special. This gem is highly recommended and we are looking forward to visiting again.

Winter Getaway

This house is perfectly located a very short walk from the beach! It has a heated pool complete with toys and beach towels. The lay out of the house worked well for our family, 2 bedrooms on each side of the house and plenty of bathrooms. We could walk to restaurants, yet the neighborhood was very quiet. Kimberly gave great ideas for places to eat and was very responsive. We found the 5pm check-in a bit challenging because we were traveling with young children but other than that it was amazing!!

Just perfect!!!

We had a great time at this place for a family and friends get together. Very well located, short walk to the beach, couple of minutes of good restaurant and any commodities. Well equipped all around. Nice pool and BBQ place to enjoy when you're not at the beach and want to relax. Quick response from owners for any questions. I highly recommend.

Cozy Beach House

This cozy beach house was the perfect place for our family of 8 to have a relaxing vacation. This house has everything you need right down to the laundry soap and toilet paper. This house has charming decor, an excellent layout and the pool is AWESOME! The check in and out process was easy and the homeowner had great communication. The location was perfect for walking to the beach and going out to dinner! We highly recommend the Sea Side Ranch for your next vacation!

This property is just wonderful. We traveled during extremely hot weather, so the pool was used continually and the distance from the beach was also key. The home gave great separate spaces for each family. Really couldn't have asked for anything better.. thank you for sharing your home!

Wonderful family beach vacation

This house by the beach was perfect for our family of four (two small children) and extended family to stay for the week. Beach access is about an 8-10 minute walk (for little feet) but even the youngest kiddo had no problem with it. There are beach chairs and two beach carts for transporting everything easily. The kitchen is also well stocked with everything we needed for family dinners and breakfasts. If you're looking for a nearby Cuban bakery CAO is pretty decent (for FLL at least) -- vetted by actual Cubans who stayed in the house.
