Great location, quiet and clean
We stayed here with our adult son and it was perfect for our needs. The location is close to I-95, Broward Blvd and downtown Ft Lauderdale in the Sailboat Bend neighborhood and seemed quiet and safe. I enjoyed walking around the Sailboat Bend nature preserve and some of the nearby historical landmarks.
The unit had a clean and updated feel. Having two TV's was nice. The host was very responsive when we had an issue trying to figure out the AC unit and sent someone over that day.

Cheap enough, but not perfect.
No number on door,(recently painted) which made it hard to locate at night. we did locate the number seven on the ground in the daylight. This location is not a new apartment, it is updated and looks nice, but not new.
No hot water in shower, warm at best, maybe needs an adjustment. kitchen had hot water, as did sink.
King bed frame was broken, so we kept sliding to the middle this made the King bed very uncomfortable.
Apartment seemed clean, but we did find some roaches on our second day, while
inspecting broken King bed frame, and on bathroom door. see pics
