This luxury condo is in the heart of sunny Fort Lauderdale - 2 bedroom / 2 bath, paid valet parking for up to 2 cars, free access to hotel pool & hot tub. MUST BOOK 4 DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK IN.

The Space:
THERE ARE ADDITIONAL FEES THAT ARE NOT INCLUDED THAT ARE ADDED AFTER BOOKING AND MUST BE PAID 3 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL:

AMENITY FEE: $40 (+tax) PER NIGHT (includes 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella daily, 2 2-hour bicycle uses, daily beach yoga, 20% off spa services)

PARKING: $55 + tax per day per vehicle (up to 2 vehicles total)
PRE-AUTHORIZATION: $150 per day pre-authorization hold (Hotel security deposit)
AFTER 9 PM CHECK-IN: $50 Fee

IMPORTANT/ REQUIRED 4 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: Guests must send us an ID and the full names of any guests staying on-premise at least 4 days prior to arrival. There is no exception to this rule. If the information required by the hotel is not provided, the guest booking is responsible for the loss of reservation revenue. Guests booking within 4 days of arrival are responsible for sending us the information required within 1 hour of booking the property or there is a chance the hotel will not accept the reservation.

This condo is located inside a luxury hotel that follows strict guidelines. There are quiet hours, from 10 pm to 8 am which we strictly enforce as hosts and by the city of Fort Lauderdale.

Our privately owned condo is located inside a hotel. The hotel is stunning and offers a beautiful atmosphere. However, but because our guests are NOT guests of the hotel, some amenities are NOT available to our guests or only offered as an additional cost that will need to be paid upfront upon service.

**Please note: Early check-in and late check-out are not available at this property. Also note, that booking the night before you arrive is also not an option to guarantee early check-in** This is the policy of the hotel.

CHECK-IN:
Check-in time is 4 pm-9pm
Any check-ins after 9pm will require $50. late check-in fee
Check-out time is 11 am (No Exceptions)

As our guests, you will be getting the following:
- Free Wifi (Not provided by the hotel) 
- Free daily cleaning of the condo- towels restocked or changed
- Access to the stunning pool and hot tub, with towels provided around the pool area.
- Access to gym facilities
- Valet parking at $45 per vehicle per day- ***no option to self-park ** Total (2) car max
- Beach Rental Option:(1) Umbrella and (1) chairs for $14.95+ tax day (if you wish)
- Access to the hotel's beautiful restaurants, bars, gourmet market and spa with services a la carte. (Must pay with cash or credit/Cannot order as room service)
- Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.

Services Not Offered by hosts:
- Room service
- Bellman service or luggage racks available for use. The hotel will NOT hold/ store luggage.
- Guests cannot pay for ANY services with their room key. All the services you wish to have will need to be paid a la carte, which means - at the time.
- No laundry services or facilities. We can recommend a close Laundromat or cleaners service if needed.
- No package deliveries to the room or desk
-Pets are not allowed

*Any changes to dates within 7 days of arrival or after check-in are a $250 fee (this is a fee charged to us directly by the hotel)

Please keep in mind that although the hotel staff is friendly and convenient- they are there to serve the customers of the hotel. As our guests, we, your hosts, are your main point of contact. We will assist you in any way possible with your needs to ensure your stay is amazing.

The Neighborhood:
Fort Lauderdale Area dubbed the “Venice of America,” is the yachting capital of the world. The city offers easy access to many marinas where you can charter and rent boats. If ecotourism is your interest visit Everglades National Park where you can view the wildlife (and feed marshmallows to alligators). Seminole Hard Rock Casino, where you can enjoy gambling, retail, entertainment, and dining, is less than thirty minutes away.

This unit is overlooking the sparkling Atlantic Ocean and warm golden sands of Fort Lauderdale Beach, in the heart of all the action. The hotel is right on Fort Lauderdale boardwalk that is minutes away from shops, restaurants, and more. Las Olas Blvd, where guests can find more upscale shopping, dining, and nightlife, is only a mile away. There are multiple fishing charters, bike rentals, beach volleyball, water sport rentals and more right outside your front door.

There are many options available for guests including rental cars, taxi's, Uber, private limo/town car services and of course walking! But don't forget to experience one of the unique features of Fort Lauderdale and our coined nickname "Venice of America," Water Taxi services. One of the best ways to explore our city is from the water. Water Taxi is more than just a boat ride. It is an experience you will remember.

Other Things to Note:
Guests should understand that our privately owned condo is located inside a hotel. The hotel is stunning and offers a beautiful atmosphere. However, because our guests are NOT guests of the hotel, some amenities are NOT available to our guests or only offered as an additional cost that will need to be paid upfront upon service. 

Interaction with Guests:
We are available via text, call, or email during the hours of 9am-6pm and provide an emergency after-hours telephone number for guests convenience during the duration of their stay. All guests will be personally greeted and check-in at the hotel lobby and MUST schedule a time that is approved (in writing) with our staff at least 24 hours prior to your arrival date via text message/email. We require all guests to call or text us 30 minutes prior to arriving to the hotel on their check-in date to dispatch an available agent.
