The Space:

Feel right at home in the warm and welcoming living room, featuring a reclining couch, love seat, and two cozy armchairs. Get ready for memorable family movie nights with the impressive 65-inch smart TV. The spacious sitting room offers comfortable seating for up to seven, perfect for gatherings.

Prepare culinary delights in the fully stocked kitchen, adorned with gleaming granite countertops and a suite of sleek stainless steel appliances. When it's time to dine, gather around the dining table for four and savor delicious meals together.

This single-level retreat accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms. Experience ultimate comfort in the stylish primary bedroom, furnished with a plush king bed and a 60-inch smart TV for your entertainment. The en-suite primary bathroom features a walk-in shower with elegant tile accents. The second bedroom offers a cozy queen bed, while the third bedroom boasts two twin beds and a 55-inch smart TV. The guest bathroom comes complete with a convenient tub/shower combination.

Make the most of sun-filled days in your fenced backyard oasis. Take a dip in the inviting heated pool (5' deep) or fire up the gas grill for a delightful cookout. Enjoy the shade provided by umbrellas and gather around the six-person dining table. There's ample space to relax and lounge, while an outdoor shower adds a touch of convenience to your stay.

The pool can be heated to about 20-25 degrees above the ambient temperature; please keep in mind that when the weather is cooler it may not be as warm as you might expect. For example, if the ambient nightly temperature is only 55 degrees, then the pool might heat up to 75-80 degrees. We recommend the pool is heated in the months between October to May each year. We require at least a 3-day notice before your arrival if you'd like the pool heated. The pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay.
