Your oasis, close to the beach, entertainment and dining while feeling secluded and safe in your spacious pool home. Your private outdoor area is vast with ample commercial grade seating under a covered lanai, and two tiki-huts (2022), tiki bar (2022) with stools, two six-foot picnic tables with umbrellas (2022). The building is a duplex building (meaning there are 2 units available to rent in this building) and you are renting one of them. The private lush tropical landscape in the backyard has banana, mango and mature palm trees and iguanas.
- The living/dining area is an open 20x40' great room with three sitting areas, two day beds and a pull-out couch.
- The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking.
- Two Bedrooms (one queen bed and one with a King)
- Two full baths plus cabana 1/2 bath
- Charcoal and gas grills
- Heated Pool, two tiki- huts, ample lounge seating
- Beach/pool toys, wagon, beach chairs, towels, and drink coolers
- Laundry room.
All you need is your bathing suit and flip-flops! Oh, and don't forget the sunscreen :)

The neighborhood is perfect for strolling to the beach, the quiet tree lined residential streets or to bustling Commercial Blvd where the many food & drink establishments will beckon you with raw oysters, beer, ice-cream, live music. Many great deals available for happy-hour 4-7pm at most establishments!
You're only a short drive to the Galleria Mall, golf courses, Las Olas, and the countless attractions available in Ft. Lauderdale, Hollywood, Miami, and the Palm Beaches.

Enjoy water sports, surfing, jet-skiing, pier fishing, snorkeling, scuba diving, kite surfing and more. All just a couple blocks away.

Golf cart available for rent on first come, first served basis. Cost: $60/day ($100/day if rented outside of booking) and due back by check-out. Minimum rental length: term of stay at Eden's Reef.

Wonderful place to stay!

Eden’s Reef literally saved our vacation! Mike and Shana were quick to accommodate us when we had an issue at our first rental and needed a place to stay last minute. We couldn’t have found a better house for our needs (family of 5)! It was clean and comfortable, the pool and outdoor space were absolutely awesome, and the beach/restaurants were less than a 5 minute walk. We especially appreciated some of the little things, like the pack and play, black out shades, and the lack of heavy synthetic fragrances in the house/laundry!

Aptly named

Eden's reef felt like being in Paradise! House was just as advertised, possibly better, which is rarely the case. Host was extremely responsive & accomodating. Location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach with plenty of beach accessories included. Everything was very clean. We would definitely plan on booking again!

Amazing rental

We went down to Lauderdale by the Sea for a long girls weekend. We were extremely happy with our rental. The outdoor area and pool were fantastic. The house was very clean and comfortable. Mike and Shana were very quick to respond to my emails leading up to the rental. I highly recommend this rental and we will definitely be back!!!

Wonderful Lauderdale by the Sea vacation

We were delighted to experience Mike and Shana’s wonderful home with our traveling family. Both the indoor and outdoor space accommodated the 4 of us very well. Plenty of comfortable spaces to spread out whether it was around the dining table or in the back yard by the heated pool. An expansive back yard even allowed for yard games like bocce ball and molkki. We enjoyed meals cooked on the grill and the kitchen functioned very well for us. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful while being just a few blocks from the beach, pier and restaurants with live music. We will happily return next year for a wonderful mid winter break!
