Walk to the beach and restaurants from your 3bedroom/3 bathroom/ 2 kitchen property located at 232 Neptune Avenue. You will have one side of a duplex building (UNIT #222- also available for short-term stays).

Located on a quiet residential street in a safe neighborhood. It is ~2 block walk to the beach. One street south of the property is the bustling Commercial Boulevard where you can enjoy numerous breakfast, lunch, and dinner options: pizza, fish shack, raw bar, ice-cream, gelato, a French bakery- espresso, cocktails, beers, oh my!

Great WIFI, DIRECTV and streaming (DirecTV in the living room and smart TV's in every bedroom (DIRECTV app may be accessible in bedrooms), laundry in unit and fastidiously clean.

Golf cart available for rent on first come, first served basis. Cost: $75/day and due back by check-out. Minimum rental length: term of stay at Eden's Reef.
