WE ARE DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH! A FULL KITCHEN , HEATED POOL STEPS DOWN TO THE BEACH, FREE PARKING IN FRONT, ELEVATOR! Our pictures are current!

ATLANTIC TERRACE POMPANO BEACH is a Smaller & more private! 4 story complex. We have Free on site parking next to the building, heated pool, our own private beach area with tables, chairs, loungers, umbrellas, and 2 grills.

CHECKIN 4PM CHECKOUT 11AM THESE TIMES ARE STRICT DUE TO GUESTS LEAVING & ARRIVING THE SAME DAY

All units have full kitchens! Each unit has beach towels, & umbrella.s Plus many other amenities! We are located at 3401 N.E.10th St. Pompano Beach 33062 We are sorry, but we do not accept pets.

This 400 sq.ft open floor plan condo is on the 2nd floor. It has a nice view down the coastline. It sleeps 3 adults comfortably, or 2 adults & 2 small children. It has a queen size Serta memory foam mattress on a very nice murphy bed unit. There is also a full size futon/sofa sleeper with all linens provided. We have wifi cable .
A more private, smaller complex with everything you need for the perfect stay on the beach!
Our units are Very clean & well kept. Imagine it as a large hotel room with a full kitchen including coffee maker, blender, toaster & cooking utensils. We also provide beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, & hairdryer & iron/board.


We have rented our condos through VRBO/HomeAway for over 15 years now and have provided excellent service to our renters. Please see our excellent reviews on all of our condos.

This RIGHT ON THE BEACH COMPLEX has many reasons why our guests keep coming back! The condo itself is beach theme decorated & has just about everything you need for a spectacular stay!
Sit & enjoy your coffee in the morning while sitting at the kitchen table, looking down the beautiful coastline of Pompano Beach.
Your parking space is right in front of the building, right by the elevator and most importantly, the pictures of this condo are exactly as the way it looks! We take extra measures offering you a very clean and sanitized unit.

Many of our guests are return renters, because they love it here at Atlantic Terrace! We hope you stay with us, because we know if you do, you will want to come back again!

Atlantic Terrace is a more private complex. We DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES or visitor gatherings at our pool or private beach area. All units are non smoking.

There are no additional parking spaces available for visitors. Each condo only has 1 parking space in front of building. The pool & our private beach area are for our guests only.

This property was just what we needed. Great lil condo. We had a minor issue with parking when we arrived but our host Terri was quick to get it straightened out. And yes there was a bit a noise from the construction going on next door but didn't affect our stay in any way. Great communication. Very nice and clean. Definitely recommend.

We stayed for 6 nights and had a wonderful experience. The unit was very clean, small but thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. We loved having ocean views from both windows and the front door, plus an easy walk to the beach. The hosts provided two beach chairs and an umbrella, which we really appreciated. The property felt safe and secure. One of my favorite parts was doing yoga during sunrise in the quiet, private pool area. There is some street noise during the day related to the newer building next door. This place is one of the last old-school small lodging options in the area, and it had a charming, personal feel that we preferred over the big hotels. Overall, a lovely stay and we’d happily return.

This place is in a great location, right on the beach and about 10/15 minutes from Fort Lauderdale. The building is really quiet too. The weather didn’t cooperate with us during our stay but we were able to enjoy the pool- it’s heated. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Fun little getaway property

This was the first time we stayed at this property, and although the unit is small, the amenities were enough for what we needed for a quick beach vacay. The Murphy bed was comfortable, the unit was definitely clean, and the ease of being right on the beach plus access to the pool was great. Very close to Pompano’s Family Pier, you could easily walk or drive down to that area if you didn’t want to stay on the beach right by the unit itself. We did both. Tons of food options in Pompano as well. Host was responsive and helpful in messages and made check in and check out simple. Would return again in the future.

I just love this small building setting. The outside is well maintained and it is just steps down from the pool to the beach. It is one block from the intercoastal park which is a pleasant place to watch the boats come/go and the bridge to go up. This unit is beautiful and very comfortable. It is well stocked with kitchen and beach supplies. The Murphy bed is very comfortable and the large flat screen TV is a great asset. I have stayed at this place two years now and hope to continue to rent each year.

It is exactly as it appears in the pics neat, tidy and fairly well equipped. It is much smaller than we are used of renting but when the Murphy bed (which was pretty comfortable) is put up in place the space "enough" for two people. I appreciated the good quality linens and the little extra things, like beach towels, chairs to take to the beach, that was a pleasant surprise. The pool was about 85 which was lovely, the pool deck is very small but the furniture is nice, I would say relatively new. The condo itself is an older converted hotel so you can hear people above & below you closing doors and moving chairs other than that it was pretty quiet. The beach is AWESOME and you are steps away. Would we stay here again YES, would I recommend it Yes.
