This up-market 4 Bedroom/2.5 Bathroom in Fort Lauderdale is the perfect short-term rental house for those on vacation and for Yacht Crew.

Located within minutes from Lauderdale Marine Center (LMC) it makes its one of our most convenient short-term rentals for Yacht Crew. Crew are able to go back and forth to the house during the day while the boat is at LMC.

With its’ open concept kitchen, stainless-steel appliances and spacious living room this fully furnished rental really stands-out!

The layout of the house is ideal providing just enough privacy for all guests, whether they are Yacht Crew or Vacationers. It sleeps a total of eight people.

The master bedroom with a Queen bed, ensuite bathroom and very large walk-in closets is on one side of the house, with the remaining three bedrooms on the other side of the house. The three bedrooms are set up to have 2 twins in each room, allowing the Yacht Crew or out-of-town guests flexibility during their stay whether it be a week or a month.

This spacious short-term rental has a large covered patio and BBQ with a large fenced in pool. All guests can enjoy the outdoor area and have fun in the sun while in Fort Lauderdale.

For added convenience, there is a double garage. Please inquire about garage access.
