Located just half a block from the beach, this beautiful apartment has everything you need for an amazing beach vacation. Newly renovated and newly furnished with a comfortable and modern feel. Quick access to the beach, a designated parking space, and a sparkling pool make this space a true tropical retreat.

This newly renovated studio apartment comes with all-new furnishings, bedding, and linens!

4-Burner Stovetop, Mini-fridge, microwave

We offer additional services such as early check-ins and much more through our online tourist portal!

One vehicle per unit for designated parking space. Any additional vehicles must park on the street and pay. Any unauthorized vehicles will be towed at your expense.

No Daily Cleaning Service

Pack-n-play and highchair upon request to make traveling with little ones easier.
Bedding, towels, and starter sets (hotel size) of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided.

Beach chairs and towels are available for you to use on the beach.

A washer and Dryer are available. The laundry room is located at the back of the building through the back corridor to the right. (Coin operated)

NO SMOKING is allowed inside the units. Any evidence of smoking (smell, ash, damage) will result in immediate forfeiture of the security deposit and potential additional fines

To make your stay more convenient, we provide two sets of towels per guest. Should you need more towels, we recommend using the washer/dryer machine as a rapid solution. Additional towels can also be delivered for a nominal fee.**

Bien situé mais hébergement ordinaire

L’immeuble est trĂšs bien situĂ©, a quelques minutes de la page, Ă  pied. Il est toutefois difficile d’avoir de la tranquillitĂ© et de l’intimitĂ©. La cour intĂ©rieure est minuscule et nos lits Ă©taient dans l’entrĂ©e du condo. À 2 reprises j’ai dĂ» sortir en pleine nuit pour demander aux voisins de rentrer puisque nous n’arrivions pas Ă  dormir. L’entretien des unitĂ©s est aussi discutable. Des rĂ©novations ont Ă©tĂ© effectuĂ©es mais les travaux ne sont pas de qualitĂ©. Les tuiles de cĂ©ramique sont brisĂ©es et mal collĂ©es au sol, les tiroirs de la commode restaient toujours ouverts. Les portes d’armoires s’ouvraient difficilement, beaucoup de trace de moisissures et d’infiltration d’eau. Je ne recommande pas pour un long sĂ©jour.
