These bright and cozy rooms feature a comfortable bed, a spacious wardrobe, and two large windows that fill the space with natural light (per room). You'll also have access to an open kitchen and living area, perfect for relaxing or socializing with fellow guests.

You will have full access to the laundry room and backyard. Want to grill? There’s a brand-new grill with all the tools needed to enjoy grilled food!

Guest access
Guests will have a key fob to offer access to the room and laundry area.

Other things to note
The doors are smart locks. They automatically lock and are connected to the WiFi network. When you arrive, a code and key fob will be provided to access the front door, your room, bathroom, and laundry room. The code will be provided the day before your stay. It will be the same code for access into all the areas. The key fob is handy to get in any of the rooms you can use. All you have to do is tap the fob on the lock, and it will open! But just in case, memorize the 4-digit code if you don’t have the fob.

Yes, there are cameras outside. They will only store for 30 days. This is for our security and safety. There are NO cameras inside the house, nor are they allowed. (Unless you are the one recording). Please ensure you follow all local ordinances, laws, and regulations when recording.
