This place is centrally located. About a 1.5 miles to the Beach and about 2 miles from Downtown Las Olas. Also close to the Mall and many grocery stores. The check-in/check-out process was super easy. The hosts were great. Easy parking

Very nice rental

We had an excellent vacation thanks to Gabby and Mario, the property owners. This studio apartment is conveniently located and it was immaculate. We were very happy with everything. We couldn't figure out how to work the coffee maker, so Gabby went out and bought us a French press along with a bag of coffee. We would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend this place.

Great Little Studio

This was a very comfortable place for just myself to stay. I didn’t have transportation during my stay but there were stores and restaurants nearby that I could walk to. I ubered to further away destinations for a fairly cheap price. Gabby the hostess was very nice. You’ll enjoy your stay here!

A Tucked Away Gem

Good things do come in small packages and this studio is a perfect example. Everything you would need in a well designed compact space. It would have been helpful to have some written instructions for the cooktop. A little sparse on utensils and regular coffee. Inly DeCafe was available. Would consider staying again.

Excelente studio

Nos escantó el lugar de Gabby y Mario. Totalmente recomendable. El lugar es tal cual y mejor aparece en las fotografías. Si bien no es tan cercano a la playa caminando en Uber la movilización funciona perfecto y es muy cerca. El barrio es muy tranquilo y silencioso, ideal para complementar un gran fin de semana de playa. Lo recomendamos.
