Beautiful Contemporary Florida Vacation Rental For Those On A Budget

Full furnished condo with 1 bedroom/ 1 full bath located in East Pompano Beach. Recently renovated and immaculately clean with modern furnishings. The kitchen is beautifully designed with granite countertops and matching gray cabinets. You will find everything you need to prepare, cook, and clean. In the living room, the seating area consist of an accent chair and a sofa that is also a pullout queen size sleeper to accommodate additional guest. The flat screen television is attached to the wall but is visible from either the table or the living room area. The bedroom is spacious and has a king size bed with accommodating night stands. There is a nice size storage closet with plenty of shelves and hanging space.
All utilities included with free Wi-Fi, cable, 42” flat screen television, DVD , coffee maker, toaster, linen, towels, plates, utensils are all provided.

The building has elevator access, but it's not needed as you are on the bottom floor. This unit has a designated parking spot which is remotely close to the entrance door and the laundry room is a very short distance from the unit. On the premise, one will also find pool, a boat dock, gym, and a quaint club house.

This property is located east of Federal Highway and west of the intercostal. The area and surrounded neighborhood is quiet and well kept. It is an approximate 5 to 7 minute walk from the beach. Across the street you have the boat launch and a nearby park. It is conveniently located close to restaurants, shopping, golf course, tennis, dog park, fishing pier, etc...

Perfect for corporate travelers, snow birds, and short term lease tenants.
