Private house, private pool, safe, nice neighbors, simple home with great location to downtown Las Olas. Also 15 mins from airport ,beach ,shopping, clubs and bars, restaurants and more. We are 30 minutes from Miami. Our home is clean, private parking a garden, no camaras, check in and check out by code. we have fruit trees in the pool area enjoy the mango's and avocado's.
Sorry, I have to say fort Lauderdale city is a place of color, and if that's a problem pls don't book our home. Thank you .

It was an exelant stay. It's a quiet neignborhood even though there is school across the street. We were unclear about the recyling but its not host fault that we could and could not recyle due different community standards. My wife and enjoyed our stay .

Convenient Location

The stay was good. The property is comfortable with everything we needed, including the pool and the extra pool table. Location was great close to everything. Maybe a more neutral and minimal decorations, wall colors and style would’ve made us love this place more, but it’s ok. Not big deal.

We loved our stay here at this house and will be back. We frequently visit the area since I grew up down there and this location was perfect. We could get anywhere (Wilton manors, las olas, beach) easily. House was exactly as described and I barely got out of the pool during the day. Highly recommend!

Wonderful house, perfect size!

Very clean, lots of towels and extra blankets/pillows. Kim was there finishing up when we arrived and was very helpful in suggestions of where to go for groceries, etc. She was awesome! Loved everything about this house. Easy communication with Evelyn when I had questions as well. Will definitely stay again!!

Worked for what we needed

This house worked well for what we needed it for. Everything worked. Did have a little incident with my child finding a vape that was left behind. No fault to the host, just be wary about left behind items. Beds were horribly uncomfortable, unless you like rock hard beds, then these beds are for you. All the neighbors were so friendly! Nice little neighborhood.

Overall Review

Overall, we had an enjoyable stay. However, some minor issues:1. Kitchen not well stocked: few utensils, only two glass tumblers, a few plastic glasses and no beer or wine glasses.2. No dishwasher as advertised.3. Corner of the kitchen with broom, dustpan, three mops, and bucket was not a pleasant site.4. Light switches to the outdoor patio did not turn on any lights.5. Proximity to the ocean may have necessitated providing a couple of beach chairs for the renters.We enjoyed ourselves and we were happy to get a week of sun, sand, sea, and sightseeing. The current weather at home is very cold with snow! Thank you.

Don’t Judge a Book by it’s Cover!

So I stayed here for 4 days/3 nights with my mom (two ladies), and I booked the place since I saw it had good ratings and didn’t read the other reviews regarding people being sketch about surrounding areas? Idk.. my mom was worried at first, I figured it probably wasn’t predominantly white which doesn’t bother me. I’m coming from Atlanta, so if I don’t see people of color I’m uncomfortable lol. So to me this place was great, but if you prefer a place that is predominantly white then this place probably isn’t for you, honestly Fort Lauderdale/Miami area in general probably isn’t for you… BUT with that being said the road/neighborhood was sooo quiet. The lady who lives next door was so sweet as well!! The pool was relaxing as well, overall I definitely cannot complain!

Quiet and Unique

Our stay was great! The neighbors were nice and helpful. The house was clean. It is very cold but they had plenty of blankets. The cat visitors were a bit scary because I’m terrified. The last night my kids had a big scare from them. I know some reviews started this area isn’t the greatest however, the road is extremely quiet. Nobody bothers you it is nice and calm. We stayed for 5 days and had a wonderful time. My children played in the backyard and loved it. We even ate at some of the restaurants in the neighborhood. No problem at all. The decor was extremely unique. It definitely gave my husband and I a conversation hahaha. But we enjoyed it. Lastly I really appreciated being able to be comfortable as if I was home. I recently had open heart surgery. I can’t lay down. So the couch and recliner were amazing. Thank you so much. This was a major plus. Thank you!
