A spacious clean home with fabulous restaurants, shopping, and the beach all within walking distance. Very amenable hosts are always available to help you with anything you need. The home was well stocked with beach towels, beach chairs, and everything you needed at your fingertips. The beds were super comfortable. Great place to stay!!!!!

Very nice villa ideally located

Property was well furnished and maintained and also very close to the town’s bars and restaurants. Communication with the agent was good when needed through Wattsapp. The villa had four good double bedrooms so would sleep 8 comfortably. A point to note though is that pool and rear garden are on the smaller side so may not suit a larger party

We really enjoyed our stay. Family of four with the grand parents. Location is walking distance from restaurants, groceries and beach. Our Stay at 4436 Bougainvilla

A beautiful, spacious house with room for a large family to spread out. The easy walk to El Prado Park beach was perfect, even for a young child. The restaurants were also a short walk from the house. The house lied up to the appearance on the listing. Vacations By the Sea frequently checked in with us to make sure everything was okay. We had a great time!

We absolutely enjoyed staying in the Villa Margarita! There was so much space we didn't even need to use a bedroom! The Master bedroom and bathroom was spacious, and a perfect set up. With having teenagers and their friends with us, the three floors were perfect. The teenagers got their own floor and we never heard them! LOL. It's a perfect location to the shops and beach, And for the most part has everything you need in the home. We are always happy here.

Simply amazing property

I have nothing but good things to say about this property! I would definitely stay again! My husband and I took our 3 children and daughter’s best friend ages 21x2, 19,13 for a pre Christmas getaway! The house was perfect. The pictures don’t do the size justice! Having 3 levels were perfect to give everyone space and their own rooms. The kitchen/living room open concept leading to the pool and grill was great! The walk to the beach was so easy and the hose provided all the essentials along with a beach cart to lug our daily beach paraphernalia! There are plenty of place to eat and drink nearby with such a short walk we could all come and go as we please. The communication between the property manager was phenomenal!

The best

This was by far the best house we have ever rented. Our vacation was with our grandchildren-mostly teenagers and a 9 year old. The teens would do a “walk-through” with FaceTime, showing their friends the whole house. We were close enough to the beach to walk but with beach towels, drinks, chairs and umbrellas, it was a heavy load. Our house contact let us know that carts were available for a rafter ride to the beach. What a wonderful benefit! My husband and I would go to the beach early in the morning and then the teens would catch a ride after they woke up (which was much later)! Each bedroom has a balcony that the kids would sit and watch the traffic pass by. They would do this every night and just enjoy each others company. It was great to have chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels available at the house. We would normally have to buy them and leave them when we returned home because we were flying. There were chairs and umbrellas available to rent by the beach but we just took ours since they were available. The master bedroom was very nice and comfortable. We didn't hear any of the rowdiness of the teens after we went to bed. I could go on and on but I just want to say that we had a very fun vacation in this nice house and the house contacts were great to give hints and helps. Thank you for a memorable vacation.

Wonderful time in LBTS!

A dream location for vacation! So close to the beach, shops, restaurants, and even the farmers market on Sundays. We loved relaxing in the pool after the beach and having the playground right across the street.
