WE ARE DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH! A FULL KITCHEN , HEATED POOL STEPS DOWN TO THE BEACH, FREE PARKING IN FRONT, ELEVATOR! Our pictures are current!

ATLANTIC TERRACE POMPANO is a 4 story complex as you see, right on the beautiful Pompano beach!
This studio condo is located on the 1st floor. Only a few steps from our pool and private beach area. Your free parking space is right outside your door. We have a heated pool that steps down to our private beach with 2 grills, tables, chairs, umbrellas, and loungers.
The condo has a queen serta memory foam murphy bed and a full size futon sofa/bed all linens are provided. It also has a toaster, blender, coffee maker, iron/board, microwave, hairdryer, & beach towels. There is a full kitchen with cooking utensils and dishes. Start up paper towels, toilet tissue, trash bags, dish soap, & hand soap.

This is a great place if you are looking for a more private atmosphere. We have 6 other units in this complex available for rentals.

We had the BEST getaway for my daughter’s 16th birthday. The condo was the perfect size for the 2 of us. Near the beach, awesome beach chairs and great communications with the hosts. We would 100% recommmend and/or return in the future.

I enjoyed my stay. The condo was very cute and clean. The pool wasn't the cleanest and the construction was loud durning the day. If you layed out on the beach the construction noise wasn't as noticeable. I would go back.

Weekend at the beach 🏖️

We really enjoyed our stay at Terri’s beach condo. The pictures are very accurate. The complex is right on the beach! We enjoyed the pool deck area. There is a sandy spot below the pool where you are on the beach and right next to the pool/showers. There is construction in the area but they don’t make any noise after hours. The bed is super comfy! We had everything we needed. Thank you!

There is construction going on both sides of this place, it's so loud all day long. Sitting at the pool is not much fun, the sun is blocked out by the 20 story condo going up right next door after 1 pm. The grills are filthy so forget that. The key lock box needs to be oiled up or something, very hard to open and close. Pool is very warm and the beach is great.

Ocean view stay

My fiancée and I really enjoyed our little getaway to this property! Gaining access to the room was extremely easy and the place was clean and had all the essentials we needed for a few days. The property was within walking distance to many fun restaurants/bars. The beach was right in front of the building and a very short walk! The pool was clean and heated which was amazing! The other guests that have been staying for years were very friendly and welcoming. The only negative was the major construction of a new building going on next door, so it was very nosy, however the workers were kind and gave us notice if they were going to block the driveway. Most days they didn’t start until 7:30-8am, but it didn’t take away from the spectacular beachfront and overall experience! We would definitely come back!

Quiet & Quaint directly on the beach

I very much enjoyed the location and size of the complex. Directly on the beach. Loved that we had a ground floor and not a fancy high rise where you have to be dressed with make up to walk through the lobby. This quaint & quiet setting allowed for a peaceful and relaxing vacation. We enjoyed the warm seaside pool and also the BBQ grills provided as well. We appreciated the beach chairs & umbrellas provided. The location was also convenient to shopping; groceries and restaurants we needed. Steve (maintenance man) was very nice and helpful and Anne did a great job having the condo clean & sanitized. Both are gems! The owner (Teri) seemed to be very responsive to our reservation and ensured everything was set & ready and we had absolutely no issues at all while there. She maintains her properties well and ensures they are furnished and modern and very clean. We really enjoyed our stay at Teri’s condo #3 at Atlantic Terrace in Pompano Beach, FL.
