I booked this resort because it had a good review and it was a 3 star rating,either is even close.I booked this resort with a free cancel up until checking in,but was charged by the resort the day after booking?I was told i had cottage#2,then i received an email changing it to cottage 4.When i arrived at cottage #4 at 8 pm the code didn't work!! I called the emergency number and was told it changed again to cottage 1,i was never informed of this change?I tried calling the phone number given for the resort numerous times during the week,the number given was a voice mailbox that wasn't even set up??Cottage #1 had broken furniture,the bed in one of the rooms was about 2 feet from the floor?There was no internet.This is no was a 3 star resort.Ive tried to contact the resort after my stay with again no answer?? I had photos of the furniture but of course they didn't load on here??
