Florida stay

My family and I enjoyed our stay. My kids loved the playground and the pool. As a parent, I felt safe with the option of having the pool fence put in as added safety. We enjoyed eating outside and grilling. The rooms were spacious and bright. It was a lovely stay.

Great Family House

This is our 3rd time renting this property and it continues to get better. The owners continue make improvements including a new washer and dryer as well as a new pool deck. Sherwin who serves as onsite concierge could not be more kind or helpful. Highly recommend this house for any family looking for a relaxing time in Florida. We will be back.

Fantastic Property

We loved staying here. The pool was great! Lots of pool toys and floaties available. The house was very clean and well taken care of. The property manager was on top of everything and we were able to text him at any time if we had any questions or problems. The beach was a 5 minute drive from the house. Would definitely recommend this house.

Great house!

As a family of 5 this house was perfect. Plenty of options for sleeping. Lots to do. Our kids loved the pool, mini golf and play set. The house was clean and the owners and property manager were very accommodating and responded immediately. We would stay here again!

The place is located just a few minutes from pompano beach and its nearby grocery stores. I wouldn’t say it’s a luxury rental. It could use better indoor cleaning like in the kitchen and stove as well as fixing the wheels and door of the dishwasher.

Rent this property while you can!! Fantastic and can’t wait to return. Spacious, clean, and comfortable and the amenities are unmatched!! Close to the beach, grocery stores, shops and restaurants, but the home is such a dream why leave? Our kids loved the playground and the pool, complete (even beach towels provided) with safety fence and awesome patio furniture made our vacation fantastic. The grill and tiki hut were perfect too. Coffee outside in the morning was tranquil! Loved the comfy beds and pillows. So clean and Sherwin couldn’t be any more gracious and kind - fabulous concierge!

Florida the easy way

We loved our stay. My son learned to swim in the wonderful pool (a memory we'll have forever) and even on chillier days the warm, private and protected pool was a welcome spot of warmth and allowed us to enjoy the outdoors even when the beach was cold. It's easily accessible from the airport, walking distance and a very short drive to everything you'll need in terms of food and dining options and the beach is very close and very easy. There's even a public fountain/water feature near beach parking so you can get your kiddos clean before heading home. We have two young kids so the jungle gym and pool fence were very helpful. We'll be back!

Family friendly home

Michelle was very professional, responsive and understanding every time I communicated with her. My family and I enjoyed this Pompano Beach home very much. The pool and playground were both a hit for both of our kids, (3 & 12). The house is about a 10 minute drive to Pompano Beach. This area of the town is family friendly and both, the home and beach have wonderful family amenities for everyone to enjoy. We also appreciate extra hand sanitizer and face masks in such extraordinary times. These all came along pretty handy and were used throughout our stayed.

Mixed feelings

There are things to like about this property and a few things which would cause us not to come back. During our stay, we had several maintenance issues (A/C not working, pool heater not working, gas leak in outdoor fireplace, slow drain in bath, dishwasher lower rack missing wheels causing it to fall off track). Also, cleanliness issues. Dirty pots and pans in cabinet, filthy stove and range hood. While advertised as luxury, this place is not that. The pros: spacious both inside and out. The house sits on a double lot. This place is great for kids as they can run around in the side yard which is artificial turf. They have crib, high chair, baby utensils, etc. Large dining areas both inside and outside. Really nice grill. Close to grocery stores (walking distance) and park with nice playground. In summary, I’d say the place is nice but not worth the price.

We had a wonderful time in Florida. The house was great for our family,particularly our grandson,who had great fun in the play area. Check in was helpful and seamless and we found things welcoming. Sherwin, the concierge ,was very nice and helpful .He kept in touch in a low key friendly way.

GREAT PLACE

THE LOCATION AND HASACCESS TO EVERYTHING YOU NEED. THE POOL WAS NICE AND CLEAN. I LOVED THE DOOR CHIME THAT RINGS IN CASE A CHILD ESCAPES TO THE PATIO/POOL AREA. I AM GLAD THEY ALSO HAD A FENCE FOR POOL FOR EXTRA PROTECTION. HOUSE WAS GREAT AND PLENTY OF ROOM. THIS WAS A GREAT STAY AND OWNERS AND PROPERTY MANAGER WERE EXCELLANT. WE WERE IN TOWN ON BUSINESS.

My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay - it’s like our host thought of EVERYTHING! We loved the pool, especially the kids - they had floaters, life vests and beach toys for the kids- so that was one less thing to worry about purchasing. We loved the open layout of the kitchen and loving area - it made it very easy and comfortable to mingle with the family. The details were EVERYTHING - from the crib in one room to having seasoning and essentials in the cupboards. We would love to come back for sure :) thanks so much for having us.

Nice get away

Had a very nice time at this property. The property manager called before our stay and ensured everything was set up to our liking - such as keeping the pool fence up since we were traveling with children. The pool was great and we were near everything we possibly needed. I was surprised to learn that we were expected to keep the thermostat at 76, but Sherwin accommodated a lower temp due to a medical condition of one of our guests. All in all would recommend - the house was spacious and well equipped.

Great experience at a great property

We loved this property and had a great experience staying there. The location is great and we found easy access to everything we planned. Communication with owners and the local concierge they provide was terrific and on-point. We received great reminders and information leading up to our trip. As well a few notes which outlined options for items to do around town, and non-intrusive touches ensuring everything was going well. Our kids loved the pool, pool toys and beach items the house provided. Our youngest (a short 5 YO) found the pool steps and shallow end easy to access and navigate safely. The swingset was so fun for them also, this is a great property for families with young kids! The kitchen and grill were excellent providing easy dinner options for the picky eaters among our group. A few staples were in the pantry and fridge which made it so easy for us to pop out good meals. We are already planning our next trip and will plan to stay here again!

Perfect Pompano Retreat

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful VRBO property. So much so in fact, that upon our arrival we knew we would need an extra day an extended our stay almost immediately. We traveled with a 4.5, 2.5, and 15 month old and Michelle was the perfect host. From the crib, high chair, and stroller to the child safety fence around the pool, there was nothing more we could have asked for. We visit Pompano to see family, and will stay here again and again!

Vacation Getaway!

As many others, we had not traveled in almost a year. This destination had all the comforts of home with the vacation feel. Location couldn’t have been better: the beach, grocery store, Target and anything else was a short drive. Home had a ton of extras to make the visit: beach toys, umbrella, chairs, cooler, etc. Owners and manager could not have been nicer, answered a ton of question and so accommodating! Hope to get back to this house again!!!

Great getaway!

We had such a nice time staying at Michelle and Aarron’s beach house. Michelle was so accommodating with any questions we had- she was sweet enough to offer and provide many essentials for our 15 month old, which made traveling even easier on us! The house is well-appointed and had everything we needed. Location was great!! Close to the beach, very close to grocery store, etc. Sherwin was a treat! Upon arrival, he provided so many great recommendations for restaurants and attractions- many of which we had used. If we ever had a quick question, Sherwin was almost immediate in his text response to us.
