As advertised !

This was a great house for us. Plenty of room inside and back yard is awesome. Heated pool, spa, as I said just as advertised. Property manager was very responsive. I'm looking at my next stay already.

Great Vacation

Good location. Quiet neighborhood. Great decor. Kids enjoyed the pool especially the basketball hoop. Home has everything you need.

Stylish & comfortable

This was a modernized, spacious, comfortable house with a good pool and lots of nice interior-design touches. We were visiting family in the neighborhood, and this was a great base and refuge. We would rent this again for a future trip. Its mostly a driving location, 10-15min to nearest beach, but that's pretty typical for south florida inland of the intracoastal.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Tiki/Tiki home in Deerfield beach was home base for my perfect graduation weekend. I had the honor of completing a business degree online and coming to the campus for the first time to walk ( alongside my nephew) The home was beautifully decorated, well equipped, and centrally located to everywhere we went. Our time was packed with graduation, family celebrations and the boat and air show on Ft. Lauderdale beach. Our spare time was enjoyed in the pool and hot tub offered at this lovely home. This was a fantastic place to make lifetime memories. I may return some day and would definitely recommend it for your memories.

Awesome time!

We had two family’s of 4 staying here. Plenty of room. Everything we needed to cook and eat when we didn’t go out. Pool and backyard was amazing and enjoyed by all. Close drive to restaurants and beach. No complaints from us!

Holiday Beach Getaway

Overall it was a great place. We had a great experience. The property was beautiful. Well appointed. The backyard was private, the pool was clean. Our only complaint is that the bed in the master bedroom needs to be fixed. Unless you’re in the very center, the mattress slants to the side and it’s very uncomfortable to sleep. Otherwise, we had an excellent stay and recommend this property for a beach getaway.

Location was a nice, quiet neighborhood with beautifully landscaped yards and close to all the stores & restaurants. Also, short drive to the beach. Weekly lawn & pool maintenance kept it looking great. Property management was amazing to deal with. They answered every time I called as I needed to add a day to my stay & requested an extra hour for check out. They were very pleasant. If I changed one small thing, it would be to trim the trees around the pool just a bit, so the sun could hit more of the pool area. But the pool & backyard were beautiful & great to lounge or eat outside. I’d recommend to friends & will definitely stay again.

Great Location

This was our 1st time at this home and we thoroughly enjoyed our week. The home was spacious, well appointed and clean. We did have a couple of “hiccups” that were quickly remedied by the property manager. A heads up for future renters: there’s absolutely no condiments available (no spices/seasonings, sugar, oil …etc) so plan accordingly. *Also, there is on 1 bedroom with mirrors in the home which can get challenging when a large family is attempting to get ready. Especially with 4 women, just saying 😊 *Lastly, as previously stated in other reviews, the master bed has a very large “hump” in the middle (which I guess works for the couple that wishes to stay on “their own side” of the bed lol), but can get in the way. Would these concerns prevent us from renting again? Nope, but I believe it to be worth mentioning. Happy renting!😎🌴

Enjoyed the house but had poor communication with property manager

Pros: The house is cosy and comfortable. It is located conveniently close to beach and shops (driving distance). It was also very clean. There was one comment from a visitor stating that there are no pots and pans, but this issue must have been fixed. Cons: The bed in the master bedroom most definitely needs to be replaced - it creaks loudly when one turns from one side to the other. Additionally, the mattress is quite uneven, resembling a mountain with its peak in middle and going down to the sides. My worst experience, though, was my communication with the property manager, hence why I rated this location at 3 stars. I feel I was misled because the title of the property is "Cool Coastal 3/2-8 Guests-Heated Pool-Near Beaches". by this description I was led to believe that the property has a heated pool, which is an important variable for my family. On top of this, the backyard description of the listing states "Includes a large oversized HEATED pool with waterfall" where "heated" is even capitalized. So I had no doubt in my mind that we would have a heated pool. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I emailed the property manager a day before our arrival to request that the pool heater is turned on. I did not receive a response. The following day I sent a text message (according to the site's instructions), and again I did not get any response. I finally called on the 3rd day and I was rudely told that the pool does not get heated during the summer.

Oasis in Deerfield Beach!!!

Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this beautiful place in may 2024 for a total of 2 weeks.This was an exceptional property that was very close to beautiful Deerfield Beach. A quiet neighbourhood that we felt very safe in. The house itself was an oasis, the backyard was breathtaking! The pool was amazing! The pictures don’t do it justice, it’s wonderful! Very clean home with everything you will need for your stay. Plenty of room to accommodate a large family with comfortable bedrooms and furniture. The driveway is very spacious with plenty of parking, this is worth mentioning as we have a full size pickup truck. The location was ideal, very close to everything, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Customer service was a 10/10 answered immediately. We would confidently highly recommend renting this home and most likely rent any of the properties listed by ValGal vacation rentals based on our positive experience. We will definitely be back!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was beautiful and very clean upon arrival. The directions for check in were clear. We had several problems during our stay. A few days in a couple of our children started having allergic reactions and we started noticing pieces of insulation coming from the ceiling vents. This continued to get worse and we realized there was an animal living in the ceiling. The garage smelled of cat urine. The door handle to the front door was not attached. We communicated our concerns via Whatsapp as this was in our welcome email, but no response. The animal in the attic was likely new and not their fault, but having to give my children allergy medications during our vacation was unfortunate.

This house was perfect for our stay. It was clean and had everything we needed. The fully stocked kitchen was great since we don't like to eat out a lot. And the air fryer was a great addition as we use one at home often. The backyard and pool/hot tub were great!! Thank you for sharing your home with us.
