"Relaxing property with onsite restaurant, pool, and golf. Was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade when checked in which included a living area and full kitchen (considered a suite). Took a peaceful 4 mile walk each morning around the grounds and surrounding houses on the golf property. This was a mother/daughter weekend of sitting around the pool, reading, shopping and eating and this property for the bill!"

"This is an adorable and quiet cottage. Great central location that allows you to be any where on the island in a matter of minutes. This was our second stay and it won't be our last. Location, cleanliness, comfortable bed and furnishings plus great communication makes this place an all around winner for us. "

"Overall the property was ok. Staff was helpful. Located near food locations and a short drive to shops and the ocean. Room had an overwhelming deodorant smell. Bathroom was not spotless. Property could use some updates. Pool area was decent. I requested an early check in which was accommodated by staff without any problems. "

"The property was pet friendly with a fenced in back yard however There was lots of leaves and debris like branches in the backyard making it difficult to stand back there due to the ants and bugs and the amount of leaves in the back yard. Kitchen supplies were limited as well like trash bags and coffee. Listing said coffee bar, but it was a kurig with only 1 k cup and no creamer or anything, so bring your own k cups and creamer. Also, fully stocked on sheets, pillows and pillow cases and towels but didnt have any big blankets for the pull out couch, so bring your own blankets for kids if you have them sleeping on the pull out couch. Overall not a bad location, cleanliness was a 4/5 due to there being laundry still in the dryer when we got there, the floor still had lots of sand near the doors and the backyard not really being suitable for sitting back there. "

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The top bed linens on the twin bed had white dog hair on it to the extent it was on our clothes when sitting on the bed. There were dead roaches on the floor (several) and one was smushed into the floor with dried excrete under it. Everything else was wonderful."
