Booked this place because of the pool and hot tub. Unfortunately the hot tub wasn't working when we arrived. They didnt seem to care. Rooms were ok. They we nice enough to let us use the breakfast area in the evening to hang out.

Exterior appearance is dated and deceiving. Interior is nicely updated. Room had a cabin in the woods vibe with higher end finishes and fireplace. Included breakfast was very nice

Staff at the desk and breakfast were excellent. Property is under construction in the restaurant lounge area. We would have liked to have a drink and dinner there.Maybe it will be done next time. Clean the corners out good in the bathroom. Otherwise things were clean.

The hotel is doing some construction. While that may be inconvenient, it is good to see the property being maintained. Next time I would ask to be placed away from the pop machine and ice machine as both were very noisy, otherwise the room was comfortable. Breakfast was decent and the gentleman tending that area was very pleasant and helpful as well as the front desk.

There is no restaurant like advertised, the pool is colder than lake superior. The door to the outside was screwed shut. Not one chamber maid to be found to get towels. Only employee we loved was the breakfast cook at the breakfast nook. He was awesome!!

It’s as basic as you would expect from a typical Inn. Rooms were clean but walls are paper thin, so take ear plugs, unless you want to hear everyone’s conversation in the hallway. In fairness though, there are far worse out there. Good for a no frills one nighter. Staff were very helpful, friendly, breakfast was totally adequate.

It was ok. We have 3 rooms booked and only 1 has good AC that actually works, the other two are way to warm that we needed fan to keep to duable to sleep. Otherwise it's a normal inn you will expect. Staff were helpful as we had issue with tub drain as well. They gave us fan as well.
